The worst food and Service!They serve old stale fries and old cold whopper meat and expect a long wait in the drive thru and rude manager and casheirs and old food. I will never go back to this BK !

This place is a complete S**thole. If your house looked as disgusting as this place the government would come take your kids away. This is the dirtiest, grimiest "restaurant" I've EVER seen. It is what I would expect from a warzone in Syria. The TV menus don't work. Missing and stained ceiling tiles. Trash all over the floor. Broken tables. A crew of kindergartners could run this place more efficiently. How is it like this? Does Burger King not have district managers?

Cashier kept cutting me off and was very impatient. On top of that they were very dry and unpleasant. I understand everyone has rough days but it’s like this every time I come here. And they’re always making me wait 20 minutes and sometimes longer. After tonight I’m done with this Burger King.

I recommend that you do stop here, unless you are that hungry. This place has not been updated since they have opened up and all the employees hang around outside. There is a lot to be desired here, even the signage

Originally a take out order. Waited a long time (only customer at the counter) to be acknowledged. Finally told the girl I had an online order. Almost 20 minutes after I got there, they finally started the order (they were not busy). The fries I got were the same ones that were sitting there when I walked in. Threw most of them away. The nuggets were as warm as if you had left them out in a dorm room after a night of drinking. Whopper Jr. should cease to exist. Only the root beer tasted good. Restaurant needs a new owner. It is filthy. Would give it a negative star if I could.

No Soda products for over 6 months! No working drive-thru speaker/screen for over 6 months. Everyone must order at the window. There is absolutely no maintenance being done to the building. The soda machine smells like throw-up - while sitting in your car outside the drive-thru window. On top of that, I was just charged for my meal and another person's meal, with no receipt for either meal.Any 5-star reviews are strictly paid for and are fake.

I went to the drive-thru at Southside at 8:44 tonight. No one responded. I backed up and pulled forward to make sure my car ran over your customer alert system. still no response. I blew my horn and no response. I pulled around to the window and blew my horn. Still no response. I pulled forward and saw the employee with her headset on sitting at a booth on her phone or something. She saw me and watched me drive around again to the drive-thru. Still no response. I drove out with her Still sitting there defiantly as she watched me leave. I'm sorry but the food just is not worth that much effort. I honestly didn't think anyone's service could be worse than McDonalds but somehow you managed!

How does this place even stay in operation? I don't see how they pass health department inspections. It used to be a great restaurant, but as it is, it should be condemned and demolished. As others have stated, it is dirty, nasty, and in disrepair. Obviously the owners of this location do not have a care in the world.

Restaurant if you can call it that. Service is poor. The menue and price screens are black. (Not working) The menu is a laminated 11x14 sheet with pictures of their items with no prices on them. The men's room door has no way to close it giving an open view to anyone. There is a mop and bucket in the middle of the dining area to catch water dripping from the ceiling. The television is disconnected. The drink machine only had one drink brand available, all the other flavors were not available. The tables were dirty and the seat upholstery was shredded. The one person in the kitchen area could hardly see because most of the lighting was not working. Avoid this BK and go somewhere else.

Ms.Miracle is Burger King she has done a hole 360 to the East side store...I have been coming to this store for a long time and this is the first time I have decided to do a review...and trust this store needs now thank you so much for staying out for the awesome customer service that I received and the good fresh food.

I would like to say that this Burger King is the best that I have been to in a long time..The young lady in the window her name is Miracle I'm so happy they had hired someone like her this Burger King has been going down the drain since God know when I am so happy that is back in order right now all I can say is keep up the good work and hold your head up high. Food and service was great will be returning.. Thank you Burger King!!!!!

Where do I begin? Cashier couldn't print a receipt. My order was wrong, no nuggets, truck didn't come in, went in for sandwich being wrong, and cashier on her cell phone with a person on the other end yelling. Cashier told my order was wrong and took my sandwich, opened it (NO GLOVES), touched my sandwich, and gives it back to me with no cheese. Then the guy in the kitchen says, "I saw cheese, but I didn't take it out and giggled!!! I'm livid!!!

Haven't been to BK in a long time because the last few meals were horrible. I must say I enjoyed my food. The burger was made exactly how I remembered. Welcome back!
