They were so rude. Had to wait to place our order because the cashier was outside smoking a cigarette on the clock. Then had an employee taking a nap in the dinning area. So crazy never experienced such bad customer service.

Don't stop here, you've been warned ! The staff I met at the drive-thru at 12:30 PM on 9/17 should be retrained immediately.. the manager on duty too.

If you want anything SPECIALLY made, "GO TO ANY OTHER RESTAURANT". Never ever do they get an order 100% correct. Not the worst part. WORST part ... When you go back to ask for them to correct the issue; they proceed with horrible manners, snatching; rudely asking what was wrong, snarling. ( employees in the back mocking you ). That is if they even acknowledge you are at the counter.

I once liked a whopper, but now it's nothing to brag about. One ring of onion, one slice of tomato about the size of a half dollar, two pickles, brown lettuce and enough Mayo and ketchup for five whopper's.

Its states on their site that you are open for inside seating not, saves on labor for only drive thru, so much for the PPP

Forgot food waited for a second time never showed up
Ordered impossible whopper and believe me it was impossible to eat. It was burnt and when I complain to the manager she told me that the way they are cooked. I 've eaten IW from other BK that was cooked right. Last meal at this Burger King

This used to be the best Burger King in dothan pulled up employees were sitting around tables talking and playing on cell phones ordered food chicken sandwich was burnt and smelled funky dinning area was nasty seats were ripped up tables dirty and sticky and trash on the floor, hate to see what it looks like in the back.
