Placed an online pickup order, made us park & wait an hour and a half because they couldn't find the order. When they finally started preparing our food they told us they were out of fries & carbonated drinks, gave us only our entrees and didn't offer to replace any of the sides or drinks with anything other sides or non-carbonated drinks. Visits to this particular store are usually bad (average wait time for a pick up is about 30mins on a good day) but this was just sad. Won't be coming back here. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Taco Bell next door.

Five months ago I shared my experience which in the day I give I am disappointed by the way they treat their customers when you ask personally for , that you try to order food and act as if you do not understand oh if you do not want to understand when a person tries to order in English, they are not all but if you could remember their name really put it in my opinion, the food excellent, but the service inside the fast food very bad

This was a horrible visit. I understand, hell I actually expect some kind of mix up or mistake when we get fast food. But I also expect it to be corrected. This morning We received a new menu item that we didn't order. A large Mashed hashbrown crowns. So I went to the counter with said mashed crowns and politely asked if we could exchange for the regular hash brown crowns the ones of the whole variety. The lovely lady behind the counter takes my mashed crowns and throws them away and delicately loads up a new carton of crowns and hands them to me. Unsure I went to the car with my small crowns and asked the missus if I did good. Well... it was the wrong size, we ordered large. This time she went in and was treated with the same enthusiasm and kindness that has become the norm. There are a couple of take aways from this morning's experience. First, size really does matter. Second, speaking is now optional in fast food service. There is a new secret menu item( mashed crowns) you dont even need to ask for. Lastly, The king and his court really know how to treat us peasants.
On a side note. We went there Sunday night and the guy at the drive through was awesome. Even when they forgot our fries it was still a great experience. He also spoke which probably helped some. He deserves a promotion based on his customer service.

We went to the one in Dothan at Ross circle and the service was terrible. Was in drive through for 20 minutes and when we got to the window they didn't even know our order or have it in. We had to wait another 7-8 minutes for our order. While waiting the girls in drive through we're on their phones texting right in front of us. They never read our order back to us nor did they even thank us or say anything for that reason. They just handed us the bag and shut the window. Never going back and I will go in every social media and recommend that no one to there to eat
Customer service was horrible. The young lady working the front counter was bagging my food dropped my onion rings on the counter then she proceeds to pick them up one by one with her bare hands. No gloves and put them back in the bag. I told her I didn’t want those so immediately she got upset and began throwing my food. I asked for a manager and finally came to the front he made fresh onion rings but when we got home and tried to eat the plant base burgers they were raw. Raw and not fit to eat. We tried calling back several times to speak with the manager no answer. Spent $34 and had to trash the food. Waste of money so disappointing.
