I ordered with Doordash. I ordered the 2 piece fried fish platter with an Oreo cheesecake for dessert. The fish filets and hushpuppies were fantastic, but that is the end of the good review. I did not get my fried okra. The mac and cheese was old and partly crusty. I ordered 3 tartar sauces but only got 2. I did not get my cheesecake at all. This was my first time ordering from this location, and I will not eat there again.

Ordered lobster rolls. Was in line over 20 minutes. I guess they had to cook the 1 order in front of me, or had to go to the store to buy the fake lobster. Roll wasn't toasted, had no butter, and I'm not sure if they used imitation crab or some unknown substitute. It was not good! whatever it was.

It was nice and quiet. The meal was good. I commend the young lady who did a good job working drive thru window and front counter. She didn’t once lose her composure.

To slow, food is always cold and NOT properly cooked, and the staff are ALWAYS RUDE. Another case of BAD MANAGEMENT and TOTAL DISREGARD of COSTUMER SERVICE ! Give it a few months, and maybe they will get better management. Then we'll do a new review.

Ridiculous no one spoke they acted like I was bothering them, rude!!
I aced my order online at 6:06. I'm 6 minutes away. It took a seco day trip and a wait to still not get my sandwich right. Which was ok. I will explain. I ordered two big fish sandwiches. One with lettuce cheese and tartar sauce. The other with lettuce, cheese, and no tartar sauce. We got no cheese no lettuce and tartar sauce on both. I took the hit on the .38 cent upcharge for no cheese on The one, but took the one with tartar sauce back. I ate my sandwich at 7:06. One hour. I am still looking for a good place to get a fish sandwich around here. Tried twice and failed both times.
Parking: Just a hard spot to get in and out of. I'm not going back, so not a problem in the future. Parking lot was pretty full both trips. Drive through backup can block you in if you park out front to go in quick to pick up your pre ordered food.

This is probably one of the cleanest Captain D's that I have ever been in, but the reviews do not lie. The staff is unbelievably rude and unfriendly. The female behind the counter that took my order literally turned her back to me as I was ordering. She wasn't going to be bothered with having to look at me while i was there, and she certainly didn't want to have to speak to me. When I spoke to her, if I was lucky, I would be blessed with a barely audible grunt. Her only expression was stank face. It was a very uncomfortable exchange. This employee has zero customer service skills. The food was meh. The fries were cold. The shrimp tasted old. The fish was so-so. I've definitely had better food from other locations. But it was clean. And there was virtually no wait. 🤷🏻♀️ I'm pretty sure I won't be going back.
