Picked up food from this location, the wait took about 10 minutes. The fries were cold and soggy (debatable on if it was due to the drive or just old fries). The hush puppies were rock hard, but the fish was good. The mac n cheese was not in a separate container, so the cheese got all over the rest of the to go box

Will not be back to this location. The staff is lazy, dishonest, and lack even basic customer service skills. They never offer the Add-on that they're supposed to offer you, so this time I finally said something about it. The girl gets the manager and he tells me that the sign said that I was supposed to say something at the order box, not the window, and then refused to give me the complimentary Add-on that was promised on the menu. I drove back around to double-check, and sure enough he was lying or mistaken. Good service is more important to me than a beautiful golden fry on the fish. They lost a repeat customer over a cheap Add-on.

Will not be back. Bad service and either the manager or shift leader is rude and disrespectful. They ran out of an item I had in two different dinners so I requested a refund. They voided my ticket and I asked for a copy of the original receipt and I was told she couldn’t give that to me and that my voided ticket was my receipt. I then asked for the manager and she said she couldn’t give that info to me and said it was on my voided ticket. I asked for her name and she leaned into the drive thru and told me her name ( don’t remember know because of what she did next) and the she placed her chin on her wrist smiled and batted her eyes and shut the window.

This is one of the worse places for service I have ever seen! I do not like leaving bad reviews for no place, but the emservice we got here was so unreal. Waited over 45 minutes for a order, the we got what we did not ask for. The staff was uncaring, didn't give no response about it. People in line complaining. Will not go back!

I wanted the 10 peice fish with 2 sides i was told it was going to be $38 and change i said it say $31.49 she told me that 38 was the amount because of the sides so I told her just the fish than and wow it was only $20 and change i went to the web site and it says $25.99 with 2 sides what is wrong with the employee and the funny part was she was the manger on duty. Please explain this to me
