I tried their new lobster rolls with fries. Fries were cold and the lobster rolls were bad. I won't be ordering those again.

It’s been a while since I ate here. The last time it was good well today it was not. The only thing decent was the soda. I was the only one in the place. The bldg was uncomfortably hot and the music was loud. The service was fine … but a smile never hurts. The food was just gross. I had to use paper towels to get the excess grease off the fish. The fries were okay the coleslaw as hot. The hushpuppies were burned. I don’t recommend.

Went to Captain D today was told they couldn't take my order since 2 employees didn't show up for work. My previous 2 visits the food was very good but the service was extremely poor. This location has a major issue with staffing

It's a shame to see the garlic butter shrimp advertised, just to get there and order it, and be told for the second time that they had none. 2 trips to this resteraunt seeing garlic butter shrimp, on signs and advertisements but being denied these delicious looking little shrimp. Shame on you Dothan location! Had to get the butterflies. At least they were delicious.

Went to Captain D in Marianna Fla tonight and they served me raw oysters and my fish sandwiches was also under cooked. It was slow and the guy behind the counter looked like he hated his job. Hated it and do not recommend

I was very disappointed after i got home with food the Fries was stale and couldn't even eat them and the sauces was bad accept a few honey mustard

I waited for 5 minutes without anyone recognizing me for any service. Employees just looked at me and went about their business. The road construction isn't why you're slow, no customer service at all with this specific store.

A coworker recently shared an appalling experience with the staff and managemet. This establishment is dirty, rude, and unacceptable for southern hospitality or any version of common decency or customer service. Do not eat here. Do not fuel foul people!
P.s. after the issues was brought to the attention of the appropriate staff apologies were made, and issues were promised to be resolved.

Absolutely not. Saw a post where a worker and manager were extremely rude. I KNOW yall aren’t slammed like other restaurants in the area, especially with all the traffic work, so is it really that hard to serve one of the only customers you guys have? Shameful.

To have such awful language and to treat the people who comes to eat so you have a job they way y’all do is sad. But there has been reports made numerous and I know there has been to under cover people come in and reported back to the headquarters in TN. They are going to make sure which exact employees it is doing the service and handle with owner of the franchise.
