I tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Needless to say I was not disappointed at all.. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. I had my mouth tuned up for home fried chicken and i got just that. I bought the sampler Friday special which consist of fried catfish, shrimp, chicken wings & fries. I also bought a side of fried okra. When I tell you this food was (wanna slap yo momma good) 😆 🤣 I went back that same afternoon and bought my daughter a plate and ordered fried green tomatoes. On a scale from 1-10 I'll give them a 100% I will recommend this restaurant to anybody and I will be back.. DELICIOUS FOOD 😋 😍 😜 👌

We ordered take out. First time. Have been looking for a good fish sandwich. I have to say out of 4 places tried so far this is currently at the top of the list. The fries are good. Seasoned . We had the fried green tomatoes as well. Very good. We had the flounder sandwich. It was pretty good. Not my favorite yet, but I would try other menu items for sure. Food was ready at the time they said. After a 10 min return drive, the food was still hot and presented well. A+. I can't speak for the atmosphere as I picked up take out.

Food quality and taste have declined during my last 2 visits compared to the many i have had in the past. I did not do a review the first time my food was not good at all because everyone has a bad day 🤷🏾♀️. But the second time in a row not being delicious as I am accustomed to is where I draw the line because each visit I spend about $60 because of the size of my household. Don't know what has happened, but whatever it is, it is not acceptable. What happened to your delicious food? Fried green tomatoes, fried gizzards, the fries all have taken a nose dive. Also, your cups of hot sauce smelled and tasted sour like it's shelf life had passed weeks ago.

The food and service were good it could use a remodel to help with the overall atmosphere the only downsides I could see was the dining area to the left as you come in had around 3 to 4 tables but only 1 napkin dispenser and there is a 4 percent charge if you use a credit card not very friendly for customers who don't carry cash.

Eat here all the time, staff always friendly. Food is ok. I always get wings or the liver & lemonade. My food is always piping hot fresh.
Visited during Hurricane Milton evacuation from Tampa. The food is fresh and very tasteful. We sat in the parking lot and ate the food, ordered more and ate the rest later. Corey was personable, professional and gave great customer service. Reasonable priced and good eats. Building needs updated but otherwise we will return.
