Hands down, the best cheesesteak spot in Dothan. The food here is incredible (so flavorful, juicy, and made exactly right). You can tell they care about quality. On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. The crew was super friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, especially the chinese staff who got my attention. It’s the whole package: awesome food and a great team. Highly, highly recommend!

Long wait times and your lucky if they get your order right. Made the wrong sandwich twice in a row because they don’t listen to you ordering. Spent 40 minutes going back-and-forth in the drive-through. Management needs to tighten this place up if they want to have business, but I know that I won’t be back.

Food was good and my order is always correct but the young kid that’s working the drive through was extremely damn rude. Had an attitude when I told him I had a mobile order at the speaker. When I get to the window, he didn’t even greet me. He looked at me and said “just pull up to that parking spot” with an attitude. I understand how it is working in the food industry, but one thing you don’t ever do is take your anger out on people who are giving you business so you can get paid!!

Food was decent, could use a little more flavor. Staff was super nice and offered excellent customer service!!
Clean, lots of natural light. Friendly greeting as soon as we walked. Waited on with a smile. Questions cheerfully answered. Sandwiches, fries & sweet tea all delicious. Friendly goodbye as we were leaving. Will definitely be going back. (Just wish they had booths to sit in.)

Ordered through the finicky app, waited 15+ minutes for my order. It came out warm at best, slathered in cheese sauce from a can, with meat that was more like reheated roast beef jerky than cheese steak. For the amount paid, it was definitely not worth it. I will not be returning anytime soon.
