I come to Dothan at least once a year for the Wiregrass Model Train Show and each time I stop at this Checkers before I leave for home. Food is usually hot and delicious and makes for a good lunch before I go home.

This was the worst experience I have ever had a checkers. To make it short, my order was wrong. Missing food, instructions not followed on one sandwich, the employee spoke to me through a closed drive thru window. We were told to pull from one window to the door dash window, and then it took another 15 minutes for someone to bring our food out. What I learned from this is that for now on when I go to a drive thru, I will not pull to a side location to wait on my food. You see, that's not to help the customers. It is all about keeping the drive thru time looking good. I don't care about their time. So now, if you can't give me my food, give me my money because I am not moving to the side. I don't care about your time, I will not move again, and I hope others begin to refuse to move to the side also.
