Very bad experience. My family got their food . I waited 45 minutes after they received their food for mine . I asked for a bacon burger and queso fries , my bacon was ice cold and I had regular fries . The service was very horrible .

I've never had a bad experience....great food and courteous customer service.

Sat at the restaurant over 2 hours.
I ordered the salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes.
The broccoli was ok - the potatoes were cold and the salmon was so dry that it was tough.
I sent it back- yes they ask if I wanted to receive another, but did not want to wait another hour.
When the bill came- I asked for the entree to be removed and just add a side of broccoli-
To my surprise, the waitress said that it was not possible to remove, but could get a discount. I was so made that I didn’t even want to wait 30 more minutes for the adjustment. Never will I return or recommend this place.

Fantastic in every respect of the word. From seating, to waiter, to selection, timing, atmosphere it was a great lunch. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The waiter was so good we left 30%. If there was a drawback it was the tree outside that hadn't been trimmed that can contact your car and the coke was a lil flat. Otherwise, this is a great value and well worth your time and money for a good meal.

I have lived in Dothan my whole life, and have always enjoyed going to Cheddars. I have not been in a couple of months and I am not sure what happened here but the food was horrible. The drinks seemed flat, the spinach dip was watery and tasted off almost like seafood. The only saving grace was the cheese curds. Our entrees came out cold and they completely forgot two of our sides, and we never received them after asking multiple times. Our waitress was doing the best she could and was very nice and friendly, all of the issues were with the kitchen and manager. She noticed that we were unhappy and offered to get the manager. I have honestly never complained and would not be writing this but the manager was very disrespectful when she came to our table. She tried to imply that we were in the wrong because we didn’t ask for the manager as soon as the food came out. We had been waiting for our food for so long that we were starving so we tried to eat it, and like I stated we are not the type to complain so we were going to try to eat it but we just couldn’t. I will not be returning here again and the manager needs to be coached on her customer service skills. Very upsetting experience and the only thing that saved it even a little was how nice our waitress was.

My husband and I went to Cheddars on 1/25/25
Soon as we told the lady there were 2 of us she immediately went in to tell us that they were very short staffed .. that should have been our first hint . .. First thing after we were seated and sat there 15 minutes the lady that sat us ( not our waitress ) came and asked what we wanted to drink bc nobody had even been to our table yet ..
Second … after we receive our food I asked the waitress could we have some silverware bc it had not been givin to us yet and she said sure and laid down 1 to go spoon and fork with one napkin wrapped in plastic !! There are 2 of us eating for one second who does that for the price we had to pay to eat there . Needless to say I gave my husband the plastic fork and I eat with the plastic spoon bc once she left she was gone !! Not to mention the meatloaf would have been excellent if it wasn’t burnt around the edges so bad it looked like a crab cake when they brought it to us . I will never spend any of my money there ever again !! I wish I would have taken pictures to post

Server was nice and friendly but wasnt good at her job food was slow and wife's was room temp when arrived.
Also we had the pleasure of hearing happy Birthday sung by what could be best described as southern gospel singer. She was certain the whole restaurant could hear

The grilled chicken was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive, even though she was also the bartender and extremely busy with the bar. I am not a big fan of the honey butter croissants though.

This establishment consistently receives my highest recommendation. The atmosphere is notably calm and unhurried, lacking the frenetic energy often found in similar settings. The croissants are exceptional, and while occasional wait times may occur, the superior food and service fully justify any delay.

AWFULLL😡 temperature in restaurant was maybe 40degrees🥶 degrees🥶 and it was already maybe 37 degrees outside!Was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.FOOD SERVICE WAS VERY HORRIBLE, everything brought to our table was COLD AND OLD!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEEP FREEZER 😡

Appetizers never came out after repeatedly asking for it, she rang in my daughter's meal wrong and it wasn't remedied until I asked for a second time. I'm sitting here now still haven't received it. We called a manager over he didn't seem to care at all nothing was taken off our bill. So we're paying for food we didn't get. I had drove two hours to come here, very disappointed.
