For the second time, our sandwiches were cold - very cold. The drive- thru went pretty fast, so it wasn't due to a long wait. Fries were hot!!

I love this Buisness. The food is always so good. They give you condiments rather than make you pay for them like most fast food restaurants. The fact that their employees stand outside and take your order no matter how hot or cold lets me know they enjoy their job and their Boss must be a good one . This place is always so busy but they are so fast . I like the fact that when you order you pay then so you can put your wallet away and not be rushed with trying to take the food and put money away at the same time. That’s a big plus for me it just makes sense this way. The staff are always so friendly and nice. The prices are affordable and the menu has a wide variety of selections. Their ice cream is so soft and smooth it’s my favorite!! I highly recommend this Buisness!
Vegetarian options: They have great salads and wraps that are for veg lovers
Kid-friendliness: They give kids a free ice cream cone or in a cup with their kids meal. I wanna be a kid every day here .

I have always had great service at the Ross Clark Circle location by Sam’s Club. This morning we went through the drive thru for breakfast. The young guy taking our order acted like he really did not want to be at work. Get to the window for our food and they forgot 2 items. We let them know and the gentleman working the drive thru was very rude and basically shoved the 2 items through the window. They were not busy so this behavior was unacceptable. Let’s do better Chick Fil A… yes it is the holiday season but we do not have to be rude!
it's moo 🐮 quality food that's for sure! Waffle fries, chicken strips so good. The only thing I didn't like too much was the grilled nuggets. They even gave my puppy a pup cup for 0.25 I thought that was so sweet 🐕🦺 do not forget to fill out your survey for a free chicken sandwich!;)

I usually would go to Chick-fil-a every week, it being my favorite chicken and fast food, but my experience this time wasn’t at all in words good. My cashier, his name was Gabe seemed like he just did not have the time of day. He was somewhat snobby, and seemed like he had no patience at all. I usually scan my app for rewards points towards free meals and I told him I had it and wanted to scan, which he did not and completely ignored. Then, when getting my food I bit my chicken sandwich just to find the top and bottom bun are soggy! Like it had been sitting out for hours, or like someone just put water in my bun. I’ve never had an experience like this at Chick-fil-a and i’m hoping this isn’t becoming a normal experience. Thanks!! :)

Just having my food sitting out on the counter for AWHILE when I literally just walked in thr door is crazy. Someone could've stole it. The tea is watery and the food is cold. Terrible.

Seriously the best part of the meal was missing, the sauce !!!! No sauce in my bag when I got home . I asked for ranch, bbq and honey mustard . Nothing was as good without the sauce . The nuggets, fries and the sandwich ?
