As usual, food and service were outstanding. The only complaint I have for this location is the drive through. It is very crowded and hard to navigate on a busy day at lunch.

I purchased a CFA Biscuit this morning and what a complete disappointment! What has happened to Chick-fil-A chicken?? This piece of chicken was wafer thin with no breading, dried out and super salty.. the biscuit was under cooked, doughy and super heavy. I even had to wait for my food at 7:21 with only 1car in front of me and no cars behind. Which was not a problem.. I didn’t realize the shape if the sandwich until I got home bc it was for my wife. Also watching your commercials on tv, no comparison. Pictures are attached

For the second time, our sandwiches were cold - very cold. The drive- thru went pretty fast, so it wasn't due to a long wait. Fries were hot!!

I love this Buisness. The food is always so good. They give you condiments rather than make you pay for them like most fast food restaurants. The fact that their employees stand outside and take your order no matter how hot or cold lets me know they enjoy their job and their Boss must be a good one . This place is always so busy but they are so fast . I like the fact that when you order you pay then so you can put your wallet away and not be rushed with trying to take the food and put money away at the same time. That’s a big plus for me it just makes sense this way. The staff are always so friendly and nice. The prices are affordable and the menu has a wide variety of selections. Their ice cream is so soft and smooth it’s my favorite!! I highly recommend this Buisness!
Vegetarian options: They have great salads and wraps that are for veg lovers
Kid-friendliness: They give kids a free ice cream cone or in a cup with their kids meal. I wanna be a kid every day here .
I typically don’t write reviews regarding insignificant things. But quite a few of my items were missing, not only was the bacon missing off my cob salad my cookie, i paid for wasn’t in the bag.

I have always had great service at the Ross Clark Circle location by Sam’s Club. This morning we went through the drive thru for breakfast. The young guy taking our order acted like he really did not want to be at work. Get to the window for our food and they forgot 2 items. We let them know and the gentleman working the drive thru was very rude and basically shoved the 2 items through the window. They were not busy so this behavior was unacceptable. Let’s do better Chick Fil A… yes it is the holiday season but we do not have to be rude!
