Very disappointed in the service at this Chick Fil A. I was working a swing shift so I ordered a coffee at 1pm. The guy who took my order said it was fine but when he called it in, the guy on the other line made some snarky comments about having to brew some. I get to the window and the girl said it would be ready in about 5min and to wait in the parking lot and they will bring it to me. I waited 20min and they never brought the coffee. On top of that they gave me the wrong drink for my meal. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave for work so I wasted my money on the coffee.
I travel a lot for work and eat at a lot of chick fil a’s, and this service has been the worst I have experienced.

This is the worse chic fil an around. They never have any salad my orders are always messed up their communication is very poor they make you sit in line forever just to say they don’t have THE FOOD. Highly always disappointed

When you take your pregnant wife to dinner at Chick-fil-A, everything has to be perfect… So naturally, I messed up and ordered grilled nuggets instead of fried.
I jumped up in a panic, but before I could even explain myself, Vaune appeared like a customer-service superhero. She just smiled and said, “Not a problem,” and seconds later brought me the fried nuggets I should’ve ordered.
When we finished eating, she literally intercepted me halfway to the trash can with a cheerful, “I’ll take that for you.” And while I took my daughter to the play area, she spent time talking to my pregnant wife, who was having a rough day, and genuinely lifted her spirits.
Vaune made the whole night. Chick-fil-A, promote this woman immediately.

Lost my order after sitting waiting 20 minutes then wanted to debate the issue Alabama Chick-fil-A I guess?
Yesterday, I visited the drive-thru and requested a salad with fried chicken. The employee informed me that salads were not available. My only options were a side salad or a wrap. I requested a wrap with fried chicken. The employee stated that it was not possible to fulfill my request. He explained that there was no “button” on his tablet to request a wrap with fried chicken instead. I asked him to use his headset to inquire with the team inside, but he again confirmed it was not possible. With no options, I drove off.
Taken place around 2 pm yesterday.
Management please offer other options or train this employee to use his tools to communicate with the team and fulfill the clients request. Thank you
