Everytime I go to this chick fila they never put the right stuff in the bag forgot my wife's order 2 times in a row and all the sauces .then called and told them they forgot her meal and all they put in the new bag was the nuggets.we will choose somewhere else from now on!

STAY AWAY!!!! Stopped by here for breakfast on our way back from Florida headed back to Atlanta. Ordered 2 chicken mini meals to go. Hopped in the van and hit the road. My wife and I shared and my son had his own meal. He ate one mini decided he was good and went back to sleep. Wife and I tore through the 10 piece mini. By the time we got back home we were sick. We spent the next several hours in the Emergency room getting IV’s, puking our brains out of both ends! Worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. We were scheduled to fly to Colorado for our family ski trip the following morning. We didn’t leave the hospital until around 4 in the morning. Needless to say we had to pay out the yin yang to get flights rescheduled, get hotels rescheduled. My wife called the location and spoke to the owner. He was clearly not about customer service. Told us he’d have to go through his insurance company. Told usher was gonna refund our meals. Never received any refund of the meal. Their insurance company Sedgwick was horrible to deal with. Just wanted to send emails instead of speaking on the phone. Our emails and voicemails went weeks without reply. Then they had the audacity to deny our claim because they said we didn’t get a stool sample while we were at the hospital. No hospital is taking a stool sample when you’re pissing out of your bung! We have since blacklisted all chick fil a’s. This happened in February 2024. I been meaning to write my review. Stay away from this Dothan Chick-fil-a!

I Ordered The Grilled Chicken Sandwich At Their Restaurant Here In Dothan Alabama. Needless To Say That They Doesn't Take Pride In Preparing Their Food Properly. The So Called Chicken Sanwich On Had 2 Bottoms Pieces Of Bread. Also I Ordered Their Nuggets & It Were Only 3 Nuggets With Some Crumbs In The Box. I Wish I Knew How To Upload The Video To Prove Everything.
I went to through the drive-thur to get my order the person passed me my drinks and drank wasted everywhere all in my car and the lady didn't offer to give any napkins for me to clean it and she didn't even apologize I will not be ordering from this side of town again! The food was cold and I waited 15 mins after I was told waiting on fresh food I would give 0 starts if I could

BEWARE that employees are adding on “tips” to random orders without permission. Went to Chick-fil-A East Thursday to grab my son some lunch after his appointment before returning him to school. This morning, Sunday, we received a notification from our credit card company that a 47% tip had been added to Thursday’s transaction at Chick-fil-A. An employee tried to add $10.58 to that transaction. We have disputed it. I went back through my receipts on the app and have found several where this has been done in the past. The only difference being the rest of them were $2 here and $3 there which didn’t set off the alert from the credit card company.
Typically I have a good experience here. I’m happy with the food and the customer service 99% of the time but you’re literally stealing peoples’ money.
