The salad was so over processed it was like paste. The kicked Kay Lynne had no kick to it at all. There was maybe two pieces of Jalapeño in, and no flavor other then mayonnaise. 🫤

We had a great experience at the Dothan Chicken Salad Chick. Latoyah went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and even asked if the temperature of the dining room was comfortable to us. We felt so welcome and our lunch was delicious!

I always love Chicken Salad Chick and make a point to stop here during my roadtrip down to Florida. The staff are so incredibly kind and go out of their way to be helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the young woman who was working this morning (8/23) but she was great. Very thankful for her help!

From the time we pull into the parking spot and walk out the door and leave. I have a smile on my face. Atmosphere is phenomenal the Chicken Salad is Amazing. It's a total experience for me!

I had a great visit to Chicken Salad Chick and will definitely be coming back! My sister has the Barbie-Q sandwich, I had a scoop of Sassy Scotty with crackers, and my mother had a scoop of Olivia’s Old South—and every single bite was delicious. Each flavor had its own unique twist, and the freshness really stood out.

We also each got a side of their grape salad, which was the perfect sweet balance to the meal. The mix of grapes with creamy yogurt, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of nuts was absolutely addictive! They were very accommodating because my mother asked for hers without nuts.

To top it all off, each meal came with their signature iced sugar cookie—soft, sweet, and the perfect little treat to end on.

The service was impressively fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're a longtime chicken salad fan or just curious to try something new, I highly recommend stopping by!

The food was ok..the price was ridiculous!! For just my husband and I it was $27+ ...so not worth it.

Horrible Customer Service. Tried to simply pick up a premade bowl and the lady was rude and said sorry you have to order online first well if your online order system worked I would of ordered online first but clearly it doesn’t work and won’t let you complete the order as it keeps asking a size and doesn’t offer a size to select. Yall need better customer service because it’s horrible and on top of that I have COVID so she made me come in when I was going thru drive thru to avoid making anyone sick so hopefully no one got it .

The food is ok what ever you're Troy store is doing there food is the best to me.

Always in my top 5 places to eat. If I have a choice this is it.

I love their chicken salad...I usually just run in and pick up a package or two at the counter..(love the different flavors they have)...the staff are always friendly and answer all my questions

First, let me say I'm not a "chick" so maybe that's why I just don't get it. The food is good but limited (hence the name). We have a couple of local delis with better (at least to me) chicken salad. So I'll only go here when my wife and friends drag me.
