As an avid Chilis fan, this is THE BEST Chilis location I’ve ever been to. Carl at the bar makes great drinks, and has the friendliest, quickest service. I have always had fresh food including crispy chips, gooey mozzarella sticks, and fresh sliders cooked to perfection. The restaurant is always clean and the staff always seems happy and remains helpful. Even with the restaurant packed, we never had to wait for refills and we got our food very quickly. Will always recommend!

I ordered to go santa fe salad. Sauce was added to my salad instead of in a container. Soggy as heck when I got home. Never again. Sorry I even tipped.

Ordered 2 chicken crisper meals. The fries tasted like they were cooked earlier in the day and just tossed in our plates. The chicken tenders seemed like they were cooked right but only one was cooked all the way through. Literally made me sick and had to stop eating. On top of that I got none of the sauces requested just ranch. The restaurant was not packed or busy so I do not understand why the food was so horrible.

Our waitress was beyond awesome!! Just the right amount of attention - got our orders just right. Kind, funny and just great customer service. Intended to leave review when paid but waited too long and screen disappeared to do survey! This review is for Kayla at Dothan Chilis #863. Great customer service- a huge A+! We are three “old” friends that meet for lunch occasionally and it was a fun, pleasant lunch thanks to Kayla! Our food was good too :)
