My friends took me to Chilli's for dinner on my birthday. The waitress was awesome and very attentive to our needs. We didn't feel rushed to eat and get out. She gave phenomenal service. Food is hot and delicious. One of my favorite restaurants

Ordered online for be delivered curbside. I arrived on time and submitted via text which spot I was parked at, as instructed by Chili's text. I immediately received a response that my order will be out curbside. Waited another 5-10 minutes and finally went inside to see what was taking so long. Lady at register greeted me, while another female worker was leaning into the counter on her phone, completely ignoring paying customers. I did curbside for a reason, if I wanted to walk into a public place, I would have requested a table. Cashier gave me my order. Did not give any explanation as to why no one brought my order to my vehicle as instructed. It was a light rain that night but nothing to cause any harm to employees. By the time I was able to eat, my food was cold and my drink was watered down. And you wonder why no one wants to tip workers anymore...do better Chili's. At least communicate that customers have to come inside to pick up.

Let me tell you I ordered a classic sirloin with avocado and double asparagus as a side after a painstaking wait I received a simple sirloin steak no avocado but definitely enough asparagus. Upset my order was incorrect my server got Ryan the manager. Ryan rapidly resolved my issue by cooking my order himself. When Ryan returned he bought back the correct order cooked to perfection. I don't know who hired Ryan but I'm sure they are happy with the results.

Great staff and a great place to eat. Good atmosphere. I go as much as possible.
I got the avocado sirloin, but they weren't ripe and very hard. The server said none of their avocados were ripe. In that case, that shouldn't have been a menu option. Just say "we're out of that" instead of serving up something of poor quality.
