Ordered food on the app, it was missing steak completely on both my bowls it was missing guacamole and missing mixed veggies as well. They lied about putting the vinaigrette in the bag as well had to order an extra.this chipotle is 🗑️

The food might be made fresh. However, the meat is dry as hell because it's being overcooked. The steak should not look like beef jerky once it comes off the grill. Y'all need to start using internal thermometers or something to help not overcook the meat. Also you're charging $10 for steak but you're not giving me $10 worth. Not to mention, I get double steak and it's not even equal to the first scoop of steak so I'm getting less but still paying more. While I'm at it. I wanted to know why y'all pour canola oil into cooked rice and the vinaigrette instead of using a healthier alternative that won't cause inflammation. Hell, you make more than enough with the overpriced meat to afford a good quality olive oil or avocado oil.

It’s nasty even outside. Not even a trash can outside however both of the inside cans was overflowing and bags on the ground. I had to wipe my table off because none of the outside tables was clean. I asked about the watermelon drink getting filled up because that’s what I really wanted, the guy said he would get right to that mind you they wasn’t that busy. When I was done eating I figured I’d get some and it wasn’t touched. Also they anwser phones while making your food. If you have kids don’t give them chicken it’s beyond spicy and when I said something one of them said “ well I eat it everyday “ which wasn’t needed but she might of been aggravated because I complained about my cheese quesadilla not being melted at all. It literally looks like she sprinkled cheese on it and wrapped it in foil.

This location is the first that didn’t have the same flavor standard of when you think of going to chipotle. I’ve been to multiple locations and have had the same flavor experience however the rice’s were over salted like too salty. Toppings were sparse just overall unlike the quality of uniformity of the other locations.
