I am a big supporter of Chipotle and have been in several cities were i have lived but I have been in Dothan for 5 months and everytime i go to this store theres a problem. One day they dont have enough help, another the food quality was horrible, third time they were out of sourcream... and the list goes on and on. The restaurant looks dirty and the service is horrible from staff. Come on Chipotle!!!! I want to keep on being a loyal customer but the quality of food and service @ this store is giving Chipotle a bad name

i been tryin to defend y'all, but this last experience was ridiculous. $15 for a burrito smaller than my hand? are we serious right now? like be so fr, if y'alls portions are gonna get small, the price does too. literally just scammy at this point.
edit: the original review was posted before i had even eaten it. there was so little toppings inside, the first 2 and the last bite was only tortilla. there was barely any steak, they didn't put my sour cream, and it was 70% pico on the inside. if you dare order from here, get the pico ON THE SIDE, and pray they put more than 1/4 serving of steak in it.
edit 2: y'all can see where they replied to me and asked me to make a formal complaint through their app. don't even waste your time. you re-write everything wrong with your order, and give them all your personal information just for them to email you an "i'm sorry, we'll tell them to be more careful next time."

As a former employee and having visited many other locations, this one definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve never seen a Chipotle with such low standards. They’re always out of ingredients, don’t really understand the meaning of extra, and don’t cook more of the ingredients until it’s gone. It’s New Year’s Eve and we walked out because why did they even bother opening to offer such low quality? We didn’t even bother eating there after seeing how dried and burnt the sofritas was. No thank you. This wasn’t my first visit to this location by any means, but as much as I enjoy Chipotle, this will definitely be my last. I’m wondering how many more poor reviews this store can get before corporate steps in.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. With a heavy heart, I report that this is single-handedly the worst fast food restaurant I have ever experienced in my entire life. The food was a lukewarm, unseasoned, and small portioned. Meanwhile, the prices were some of the highest I have ever seen for a Chipotle throughout the entire country. To put it into perspective, the chicken put in my son's quesadilla was more in quantity than what was put into my full adult burrito. Furthermore, everything was stale. The lettuce was wilted and the staff manager was very unfriendly. If I could meet God and ask for one wish, it would be that he sends a flood to wipe this Chipotle off of the Earth. Ye be warned.

this is my second time eating here! Absolute garbage!! I travel all over every weekend and I’ve had numerous different chipotle’s in different towns and cities. This one takes the cake… Something about this location is off. both times that I have gotten food from this location the flavors have been nowhere near similar to any location I’ve ever had.

We were told that they did not have any chips for inside customers while your rude ass employee was making bags of chips and trying to not let us be able to see it. When I approached her she got an attitude and said that they are for online customers only. This is BS!!!!!!

Ofcourse I was driven to visit my local Chipotle to try the "limited time only brisket." I got a side of the vinegarette, and a side of queso and chips. Let me first start with there horrible portions... extremely small for the price. The quality of brisket, flavorable but extremely dry. The steam table was extremely filthy. Alot of cross contamination of food. They were out of lettuce. The queso was not properly prepared, consisted of clumps. No flavor. This was truly a waste of money. Perhaps new management could bring about a turn-around. It needs it.
