I'll be honest, the staff and production here in the Dothan location is second to none. I am always greeted with much joy and respect. I feel like a family member when I walk in for lunch. Not to mention the food is always high quality and delicious.

We always love the food, folks serving could be a lil more polite and helpful.. god forbid you ask a question, they give you a death stare... usually only 1 person working the line in store serving even when the line is backed up which I know is stressful on that person. Meanwhile, other employees are walking back and forth as if they don't know what to do... they could all use more training and maybe more guidance on simple humanity and manners.

We stopped by to eat passing through the Dothan area. I was hesitant at first due to some bad reviews. But my family loved it. The bowl portions were very generous and they were fresh & tasty. The employees were fast and professional. The restrooms were clean. Definitely worth the stop on our way to the beach!
