Unfriendly staff should be upgraded! Sadly one of our friends who lives in the area was treated cold and the rest of our good size group will take our hunger needs and our money to Full Moon BBQ and places like D N D steakhouse. Reliable friendly staff is not hard to find in a lot of the community from what I saw. Do better! Management needs to right what their staff did wrong.
Tag I would choose is mainly bad service. Been coming to this location occasionally for years and usually it’s okay, but for some reason it seems like when they mess up your order and you point it out to them so they can correct it, the workers get mad at you with no shame or regrets. Like last week, I wanted to try the new signature hot sauce and cheddapeno biscuits so I ordered a tenders combo that came with a cheddapeno biscuit.
