There was 0 flavor today:( Updated: Today it was tasty! Biscuits no longer have any honey on them:( I could barely taste it. I have an updated photo of the biscuits today rather than the biscuits we have a year or so ago. Mash and gravy was very good. And gravy is tasty! The coleslaw is really good as well. The mash and coleslaw together is chef's kiss.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES. I never really make reviews let alone a bad one , but I placed a mobile order hours before and was on my way to pick up. It was about 10 minutes before I had to pick it up, I told them my name and they said we didn’t have an order come through for you . So I drove around to show them , and the one I was speaking to was so rude. “If it’s not the time to pick it up it won’t be ready.” At the drive thru speaker they said they didn’t see it at all on their end . I get it, I’ve worked in food before so no big deal but the way I was spoken to is not acceptable when I’m just as nice as I can possibly be. Do better.

No posted signs about take out only. We ordered our food to seat done and dine in when an employee said “hey, it’s take out only” it’s 11:33am about to start the lunch out. Plenty of open tables and seating but we were told to leave. Hoping it’s not because I’m Hispanic. Without proper signage and to just be told to leave the store with our food seemed sketchy. I’m from Texas trying to try a Texas restaurant away from home only to be asked to leave. I would like to hear from this store soon. Thank yall

Unfriendly staff should be upgraded! Sadly one of our friends who lives in the area was treated cold and the rest of our good size group will take our hunger needs and our money to Full Moon BBQ and places like D N D steakhouse. Reliable friendly staff is not hard to find in a lot of the community from what I saw. Do better! Management needs to right what their staff did wrong.

I went inside to place an order ..but the employee had a nasty attitude and told us that they were changing shifts and didn't want us inside the store..and didn't want me reading the menu...with a nasty attitude...will never go back...EVER!!!!!!...With a attitude like that..I don't want the food!!!!!!! He said go through the drive through...yes Sir!!! I'm through 😖

Should have known better than to go back here. The food here at this location is always ALWAYS NASTY!! Hard biscuits mush macaroni, stale fris and DRY chicken!! I wish I could say it's hit or miss but after five visits this must be the norm for this location.
Went thru drive thru. Chicken is always excellent.

I bought 2 smokehouse combos and got 2 different looking chickens. The both of them were the size of Cornish hens. One was almost juicy and the other was so dry, the meat was crunchy. The original smokehouse chicken was reasonably sized and flavored the same. At 3pm only the drive through was open on Sunday. So you go home and open your box and get the disappointment of the day.
