It's been a long time since I ate at Cici's Pizza. I was surprised and pleased when they offered to make a custom mushroom pizza at no additional charge. I was disappointed to see that they now use iceberg lettuce instead of healthier and more flavorful green leaf lettuce. There seems to be something for everyone, including chicken wings. The desserts were tasty. My only negative comment is that the pizza crusts seemed a bit under baked and chewy-soft. Could have been because of the lunch hour rush. All in all, just an okay place to eat.

Best pizza buffet around! Well, the only in our area. Lol!! We go there a few times a year. We’ve always enjoyed it. Salad bar, small pasta bar, cheese bread and of course several different kinds of pizzas and a few deserts.

One of the better Cici's I've been to. The buffet was filled the entire time we were there with a huge variety of fresh pizzas. The workers routinely asked if there was anything I wanted but didn't see. They have a great deal in the app right now, where 2 buffets are only $2.99 each. The place was a little dirty, but to be expected with how busy it was.

Their honey buns usually melt in your mouth, but this time they were hard, very disappointing. None of the servers wore gloves behind the counter, and most of the pizzas was not sliced Etc. so you could pick it up to put it in your plate. I saw people using their hands, which is not a good thing plus the prices have gone up since a couple of months ago. Disappointing when it used to be a good place to eat

Had small kids running inside restaurant running into customers. Had a guy walking around with a 9mm handgun with no holster to protect it from a child hitting it or grabbing it. Very dangerous situation unless you're going to conceal it it was in a pocket hanging out with butt of stock visible.
