Food is good. Comes out pretty quick. Restaurant is slightly dirty and staff isn’t too kind or diligent as they were during the grand opening. I’m familiar with the manager who happens to be a really cool guy so this is shocking that the staff is this way

Well, I'm 65. I heard a lot of good things about Cook Out in Dothan. This was my first visit, we used take out. The staff was great. It was the kitchen. Ever who cooked my burger. Did one or two things. Kept half of one of the burgers, or dropped it. I still paid full price. Ordered a large onion ring and got a small, 5 onion rings. I saw a picture of a kid holding a burger. It was huge. The one I received was a 1/3 of the size. The one and a half patty was dry, way over cooked. I used to work in a fast food. We took pride in the food we served. If you didn't, you didn't work there. Might give it one more try. Usely twice.

Hailey made our first time at this location amazing. She had a fantastic attitude and made awesome suggestions. Her customer service is top tier. We will be back because of her. We had the CookOut Tray with the Cajun chicken sandwich, big burger, cheese bites, Doos tacos and quesadillas. The value for the price is worth a visit too.

Brand new location. I visited the drive thru. Order was fast and correct. Always get the barbecue grilled chicken sandwich. It has a homestyle taste. Like you just grilled it at home.

It’s a burger! Wasn’t the best and wasn’t the worse. Surprisingly small portions but the size fit the price. The blaring Christian music was a bit obnoxious for my taste, perhaps a neutral music choice would be better. No one likes a choice shoved down their throat.
Great food, but both shakes were melted when we got it at the counter. Took a while both times to get anyone to notice us at the counter to order and get refills.

Cook out is amazing! Not only is the food fantastic but the prices are great also. The atmosphere is really enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this is a Christian based company. You walk in and don't hear the secular music but wonderful praise and worship! It is so nice to have another Christian based restaurant here!! You won't be disappointed!!

I understand a couple of errors, but this was ridiculous. Sauces and condiments put in/on places that make me worry about the staff. missing sides as well. Maybe it was due to whoever was in the back screaming at their staff, but this was a major bummer.

The cashier was very kind and gave us a sweet compliment upon arrival. The food came out fairly quickly. They forgot our chicken tenders so we ended up having to go back up to the counter. The inside was decently cleaned. Encountered other sweet customers. I ordered and received a bacon ranch wrap and fries. The wrap was okay, the inside ingredients needed a better order(needed to be more well blended). My family enjoyed what they had very much. We would definitely come back.
