The food was fantastic. Great flavor and the price was reasonable. The service was prompt. It you are traveling to and or from the beach, stop by the Cookout for the best burger you've eaten in a long time.
After a few months of regularly visiting the drive thru at cookout I find that while the flavor of the food is generally on point and at times delicious. Unfortunately it can be hit or miss. The first few weeks the service and quality of food was spectacular!! It has since fallen a bit. Multiple times i have ordered the the cookout tray with the double bacon cheese burger and two sides of Cajun fries with extra extra seasoning. Several times now i have received a double hamburger...
The food is great and the service is alright depending on when you go. The parking lot and dine-in areas are horrendous! There is not enough space for people to sit down and eat. I have been multiple times & at sporadic times of the day, but it’s still the same.
