The cookies aren’t bad, but they’re not great either. I don’t like that they’re kept chilled instead of at room temperature. I understand that some cookies need refrigeration to prevent melting, but I personally prefer my cookies warm. I went last night and specifically asked for my cookie to be heated because I don’t like them cold. Unfortunately, they pulled it from the warmer, which might as well have been a refrigerator because the cookie was still cold. I’m sorry, but I prefer my cookies warm. I also don’t like that the least popular cookies seem to be the ones kept in rotation every week. Why not keep the fan favorites in the lineup?
