I used to work at a Dairy Queen a couple of years ago, so I know the standard of service. This was awful, and I'm sad to say it. My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru, gave the guy our order, and before we could finish, he blurted out the total, so we had to wait to give him the rest of the order. Then we had to drive in a very cramped circle to the window to receive our food, and the girl at the window was also just blatantly rude. The food was poorly made, and we asked for ketchup that was never received. After that whole experience, we got not even hot food for 30 dollars, and it was sadly a waste of money.

Went to drive thru and it was raining kept saying can I order Noone said anything so my I was getting wet pulled around cashier said she want let me take your order so I left took my business else where because I'm not going to sit and get wet cause Noone taking my order in a timely manner.If I could give a zero I would so rude.

DQ has gotten a bad rap on the internet and not to say some DQ, maybe as the internet suggests . To be fair, the DQ I went and go to has a good rating for the health department, and it's clean. Even in the lunch rush, I was impressed and will return.

My father and I went through the drive through to get dinner. We ordered two large vanilla shakes and two six piece tenders. The total was 46. They tried to charge us $15.49 each for the chicken tender meals. We promptly asked for a refund. They gave us our money back.

If I could give a negative I would. Rude drive thru worker. Nasty attitude not friendly (lady with beard bumps). Like lady you could have given me fresh hot fries. Cold fries and closed window in my face as I was trying to let her know fries where cold.She had already asked me if I wanted ketchup with an attitude and threw them in the bag. Phillip needs to find better help than the welfare workers that's trying to work 20 hours to keep their stamps. I rather go to the one on the circle and pay my money. I will not be back their.
