Amazing service! The people are always amazing, and give my food so fast! They are always so unbelievably friendly, I cannot say it enough 10/10.
They need to learn how to answer a drive thru box,
They make the best Alaskan fish sandwiches anywhere (including most actual seafood places). They make it fresh, so yeah you wait a few mins extra, but its worth the wait. Not from Dothan but stop here any time I'm driving through around lunch time at drive through. Wish the DQ in our city was as good.

Tried ordering a small cake that he told me was available. Was not a good experience. Was told to call back & did that then they wouldn’t simply write on a cake and let me pick it up but said I could come in and do it even when I offered to prepay for it over the phone then pick up…

Served me a blizard that was previoisly made and put to the side. Blizzard was barely cold and tasted sour!!! Owner Saved some money but lost a customer for good...

We’ve been coming to this DQ for nearly 6 years consistently (sometimes weekly) and have never been disappointed. The staff recognizes my son as “the cupcake boy” because he always gets the cupcake treats in the freezer. This time he wanted only vanilla ice cream with red icing and the sweet lady had no problem doing just that. We love this DQ!

The blizzards now they don't even turn them upside down because they can't because they're so liquidy it's not like it used to be not to mention the price has gone way up for a small blizzard and a cupcake ice cream was more than a whole gallon of Blue Bell ice cream.
