I am im a wheel chair and they did not cater to my wheel chair needs i waited 15 mins in the drive thru just to get a powdery drink that tasted nasty. I am never coming back here the person at the drive thru was incredibly rude.

I am really impressed by the consistency in the drinks and the customer service! A lot of times I have ordered the same coffee at different places and they not taste the same, etc every time I go but when I’ve gone here a few times in the last week I have had the same great flavor, consistency and great customer service!
Dakota Coffee seems to be the baby of Starbucks. The environment not only caters to non coffee drinkers but also lacks encouragement of older people to sit somewhere nice and relax without having to think we're in a library. Maybe the eccentric people would feel more comfortable if Dakota Coffee represented kindness, but it doesn't.

If you need your coffee fix on Sunday, Dakota coffee is the place to go in Dothan. Been here twice on Sunday and have not been disappointed at all. I want to give some love to some deserving employees, Madison, Brianna and Bailey. You are all very awesome.
