A lot of times I have ordered the same coffee at different places and they not taste the same, etc every time I go but when I’ve gone here a few times in the last week I have had the same great flavor, consistency and great customer service!

Dakota Coffee seems to be the baby of Starbucks. The environment not only caters to non coffee drinkers but also lacks encouragement of older people to sit somewhere nice and relax without having to think we're in a library. Maybe the eccentric people would feel more comfortable if Dakota Coffee represented kindness, but it doesn't.

Ran to Dakota while my husband was having a medical procedure. The staff was courteous and made the drink that I asked for; it was delicious!! I went through the drive-thru, you have to order at the window, which I thought would take a long time, but it didn't. I was impressed by the quickness of her taking and completing my order.

If you need your coffee fix on Sunday, Dakota coffee is the place to go in Dothan. Been here twice on Sunday and have not been disappointed at all. I want to give some love to some deserving employees, Madison, Brianna and Bailey. You are all very awesome.

Bailey served my family and me for the first time the other day at Dakota Coffee works. We ordered a lot...and she had great recommendations for us since we had never been. We went through the drive thru and it was clean and welcoming. I loved that they had 2 large menus for you to look at. We were not disappointed at all and will be returning!

Honestly I don’t know what to say other then there coffee is great and always has been but I have noticed a drastic decline in both service and product’s lately. Half the time the food products they either don’t have in stock from their menu or are simply stale and not dated for freshness.I used to be a regular customer but with the changes they have had these last few months I’m worried for the business. To many young people not enough employees and they would much rather talk amongst themselves than assist with customers.I hope things change soon.
