It took 2 hours to get a cold pizza on a Tuesday night. Ordered the pizza at 7:19 got my pizza at 9:07 after it sat at the store cooked for over an hour.

I hate leaving a bad review but the service was terrible. Made an online order, gave them allotted time, and went to pick up my order. The restaurant was a mad house with staff blaming each other for orders. Needless to say we left, they did call 20 min later saying they found our pizza. No thanks. But I will give you guys another chance. I understand crap happens.

Domino's has become my go-to delivery pizza. They have so many things going for them over the other guys. Their specials always have great prices. You have GOT to try their deep dish/pan pizza. It was amazing. The ONLY thing missing is I wish they had meatball as a topping like some of the other delivery pizza places have.

Manager Josh didn’t do good handling me as a customer. When I raised a concern he acted very nonchalant about it and offered no remedy. Not sure if it was a bad day but do better Josh. Not every customer that has an issue is a Butthead. I will say he made the pizza very good minus the missing topping. They forgot to put sausage on my pizza. That makes the pizza for me!😔. The issue was they didn’t have any gluten-free crust so he called and said he can make it into a hand tossed. I said OK. I thought I would be getting a large because all pizza at this time is the same price on the app for up to nine toppings, but I was trying to do less gluten. when I get to the store, I see they are handing me a small box and wondered why they just didn’t make a large pizza. Josh was called to the window and said a small gf is the same price as a small hand tossed so why would I give u a large when u paid for a small. I said on the app all sizes except for extra large are the same price so why wouldn’t I get a large hand tossed.? He said well we don’t have the coupons in store. You tell me how he did.
