The only reason I’m coming on here to give them 5 stars is for what I believe to be the night time manager. Bless him! It was a nightmare in there tonight. I ordered my pizza online for carside pick up. My app said the order was completed when I did not have my food. I walked in and the woman who originally assisted me seemed to not have a clue what she was doing and while the rest of the workers were shuffling around like busy bees she just stood there like a deer in the head lights.. she checked for my pizza and didn’t say anything else to me.. finally after another 10 minutes I asked another man and low and behold my pizzas had been sitting on the ready rack for god only knows how long.. the manager was extremely apologetic to all costumers even the rude obnoxious ones. He deserves a pay raise! To the worker who kept a smile on his face trying to lighten the mood in that building.. thank you!

Always use online ordering which allows me to track the order. It lets me know by email or text the pizza is being prepared when it goes in the oven and when it's ready. It's a very efficient method. This is a very busy store and I never wait more than a few minutes. Employees are friendly, very quick, ready to help as soon as you walk in.

Waited at drive thru window for 30 minutes. No one ever came to window no one acknowledged the fact that we were in the drive thru. Finally some one came to window asked the name and left. Another 5 minutes go by and finally dude came back asked name AGAIN then went and got order. If I could give half stars or no stars I would. Not from Dothan. This is a sorry excuse for a dominos franchise. I'm so proud we don't have this issue back home. Oh and half of them are cross contaminating because they aren't washing their hands. Call me a Karen if you want to but that's disgusting👎👎👎👎 order was wrong also!!
Parking: Two spots and a handicap spot out front. Otherwise you have to park all the way around the back and walk to the front of the building

We had an order to go a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the 5 cheese Mac &cheese the bowl looked like a half of order. Sure didn't have 5 cheeses. I did the online dominos servey and never got a rely. I was very disappointed.

Ordered via phone. I pulled up to the window none of the 4-5 employees acknowledged me. I waited a bit, Noone came. I went to go in the front door, it was locked and the workers just looked at me. I had to drive back to the window. It's ridiculous! The back door was open maybe should have went in it. Wth never ordering here again. Pizza was cold too.

It's bad enough consumers are putting up with over inflated prices. From restaurants but their is no excuse for the bad service that goes with it when customers spend 40 bucks for a medium 3 topping pan pizza and a bread twist they want the order right. First Marcos on Ross Clark circle two weeks ago delivered my order to the wrong house. When I got it it was terrible. I didn't eat it I returned it the next day and they refused to refund me. So I try dominos a couple of days ago and got more lousy customer service my pan pizza was wrong it was not a pan pizza and they forgot my cheesey marinara sauce 40 bucks. So I am now screwed over by two pizza places in Dothan so I call the manager. He tells me he is giving me a credit to be used at a later date. So I except his offer only to find out he lied. My problem was they refused to deliver that order even when I offered to pay the delivery fee. So I told them where to go and called. Papa johns finally, A extra large pizza with 3 toppings and garlic knots 30 dollars and it was great. Hot. Right delicious and fast. So Domino's I am saying good by to your lousy customer service and hello to Papa John's and Domino's please don't reply to my review with some pre written appology that you don't mean. I now think it would be appropriate if you offered my money back and not some stupid pre written appology.
