Asked for frosted cake donut and was told they discontinued. When I asked what looked like a frosted donut they said it was a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, I bought 6 because was better price then just 4. But that was what I came in for, frosted cake donuts.

We were traveling through and decided to stop in for coffee and donuts. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, exceptional welcome. The service was truly above and beyond anything we expected.
A special shoutout to Fred—he was absolutely amazing! Friendly, attentive, and professional, Fred is the kind of employee every business would be lucky to have representing them. He made our quick stop memorable. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

Whoever is the Manger doesn't train their staff properly. Everytime I get a drink its very inconsistent. Which mean the employees cut corners while making the drink. I've been a bartista myself so I know how they are supposed to be made. When I went in employee had a horrible attitude because I asked for my drink to be remade. She slammer the drive thru door in my face and rolled her eyes

Absolutely love this Dunkin’! The staff here are so lovely, upbeat, and kind every single time I visit. Even when the store is busy, they’re always prompt and get my order right with a smile. My kids are obsessed with the donut holes, and we all enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and assorted donuts. Personally, I think their coffee tastes way better than Starbucks! Big thank you to the team for always making our mornings a little brighter. 💗☕🍩

Bekah it's the new manager here and it's really making a difference... I had a minor concern and she went above and beyond to make sure it was handled... My coffee was delicious. I do highly recommend this location

Well, I have not been in a Duncan for around 6 months. I have to say, no improvements for the customer were made. The Doughnuts were smaller. The coffee price was higher. The store had one person working. Overall, the coffee was good. The Doughnuts, were not very good. This is Dunkin Doughnuts. You can take the Doughnuts off the sign, but when you start to become a coffee shop, and the Doughnuts take a back seat, what are you really doing? Just grabbing a buck. $17.00 for two frozen coffees and two small hard, could have been from a package at a convenience store, Doughnuts. I'm just prob not going back. Coffee was fine. Very sweet. Some flavors, but mostly just over sweet coffee and ice.

Went to this dunkin this morning for breakfast. I ordered a large unsweet tea and three breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and tasty, but the Unsweet Tea...wow. it had zero tea taste, and it was like I was drinking only water.
**Update: I went again recently and the unsweet tea was extremely weak. Ibwould just avoid that at this location all together. And what is up with the customer service? Every time I go each employee looks miserable.
I came this morning to get a coffee after dropping my dog off for surgery just for a pick me up as i’m anxiously waiting for her. I get my coffee, get about halfway through, and ended up with a gemstone in my mouth!!! I don’t know if this came off an outfit an employee was wearing, or their fake nails, but i am disgusted and thoroughly disappointed. Will NOT come back here, my day was further ruined.

2025 update- Ms. San the manager (I think) is so nice. She really made my day better. Seems to be a very hard worker as well. Shae at the window is always very sweet. 💓 The bacon crispy, egg, and cheese Croissant was FABULOUS! 👌🏻
BEST experience today I've had in years anywhere. 💗💗💗💗The guy at the window ( Robert ? ) was wonderful. He was smart and quick. The manager very nice. Food was EXCELLENT. Also Kaylee and Amanda were working. Not sure who did the food , but I'd give 10 stars !!!!

Not sure when Dunkin went from given decent amount of bacon to .002 ounces! 🤦 I even gave them a chance at the drive through and they stood behind the very little amount ! Tighten up Dunkin !
