5 minutes of waiting in drive thru, for me to have to ask if anyone was there. Told "please hold on" and waited another 5 minutes (now bear in mind no guests in parking lot, no guests inside) finally she takes my order and could not be more disinterested. Then she ends up giving the wrong order.

I went to this location on 12/23/2024.
The person for got to put 2 donuts in my back. I went back inside and told the short manager, I think her name is, Lexi, she literally grabbed 2 donuts with her bare hands(no gloves) and put them in the bag and handed to me.Gross!!
That is absolutely disgusting. I'll never return to this location.

I’ve been twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time several gentleman were working and they were very polite, while super busy! Made my order perfect! Today I called to ask them to save me a Halloween bucket since I was driving from Ozark and when I got to the window the lady made sure I was the one that called because she actually cared enough to make sure I got something so simple as a bucket, but was so special to my 4 year old!

$3.27 for one cinnamon roll that was just a smidgen bigger than a glazed doughnut. Last time I buy from them! I should of refused it.
Stopped today at 6:30 in the afternoon Ordered coffee What I got was watered down coffee I could see the bottom of the cup This isn’t the first time this has happened Bad customer service $2.94 for a small cup of coffee and you can’t even get fresh coffee
