Food is fine but the service is another thing. Every morning that I go, I go around 6am. Only car there! Get to the pick up window they hand me my food but always have me park for and wait for my drink. Again I’m the only car at 6am. So frustrating. Donuts are placed in a wrapped bag, icing scarce. I used to get donut holes, but they are always out of the ones I’d like. Sandwich is a hit & miss (sometimes burnt), drinks are ok. It’s to the point where I hate it so much I won’t be going back.

I love Duncan unfortunately they never have the service you expect this location is an exception one person working but his hand all the tasks like there’s a whole team over there . Ethn, you’re the man.

Gentleman was there alone and doing a great job. Something was off with the iced coffee though...maybe the ingredients weren't what we asked for..not sure.

Gave me black coffee when I asked for almond milk!!! I even noticed it was very dark and said “is there milk in here?” She said “yes, almond milk”. Hire people that actually have some sense please.

The atmosphere And the service was not good. It just felt unwelcoming. A few weeks ago there was one man in there. I gave them five stars based on his professionalism. Todays crew wiped that away. The sandwich was good But the cappuccino Was horrible. They do need to retrain the staff.
