Sha, the young man that takes your order when you walk in, was absolutely amazing! I was already having a tough morning. I had a bad experience even trying to walk in the door with a white lady customer that parked right front of the door. She almost ran into me trying to break line. They were extremely busy with just one cook, so the wait was very long. The whole while, he kept apologizing and saying kind things. He was full of positive energy. Here I was feeling like Ms Grumpy butt but trying to maintain understanding and consideration for this young man. Sha put me in my place with his kindness. He reminded me of the way I used to be in the workplace. The customer is always right attitude. He gave me an extra almond croissant for my troubles. I retired from Executive Director level in Nursing and managed around 112 people. I don't know Sha's position there but he definitely needs to be in management and training others to be more like him. I know your parents are super proud you and I wish you all the success in your endeavors. I hope you go to college and become the President! You are absolutely a Rock Star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great experience at this location. The person working the drive thru was so friendly. The service was fast. The facility was clean. The coffee and food was fresh. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches. Everything was great. Definitely started the morning off right.

Location was clean and the bathroom was clean and smelt great.
Workers were busy fulfilling orders and we received our food in a reasonable time.
We will come back again when traveling through.

So, most of the time I order from the app and this time I ordered from the wrong location. Customer service let me know someone would reach out to but they never did. No problem!
