Stopped at the drive-thru order a hot tea. I order hot tea at every Dunkin I go to because I prefer that over coffee; however, this Dunkin is apparently the only Dunkin in the United States that does not serve hot tea. A second drive-through person stepped in when I asked why are they the only Dunkin that don't have hit tea, of which he replied we only have cold tea sir. It takes a special kind of stupid to not understand how hot tea is made in the same way. You put hot water in a cup, you put in whatever additives that are asked for in this case a couple of sugars, and you throw a tea bag in the cup and hand it over. And just like that you have hot tea. Needless to say I went a quarter mile down the road to Starbucks, and bought something there even though I don't like Starbucks. Gold star for you Dunkin employees.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. They haven't been ordering ingredients for their food and we're out of anything. Serviced sucked and the employees clearly didn't know what they were doing, with constantly bringing out freezer food to ask us if that's what we ordered when we have no clue.

We travel a lot with work and have been in some cruddy DD. This crew was on their A game! Very organized and very friendly. The lady whom I'm assuming was a manager was awesome! Keep up the good work guys!

I came around 11ish 10/03/24. I got a large French vanilla iced coffee and a bagel with strawberry cream cheese (: I’m honestly just leaving a review to complement the light skinned lady who was working drive thru; she was so sweet, her positive energy resonates! Please give her a raise! She also made my coffee PERFECT! (:

Everytime I come there’s a problem. Between hairs in my coffee, my coffee too sweet to drink as if they poured the whole sweetener in the coffee, sandwiches with just one egg on half the sandwich( it’s supposed to come with two) between me asking for a iced cappuccino and then filling the cup halfway of foam( I get half the coffee the rest is just foam ) between burnt toast on the my sandwiches, not to mention the rude workers who seem like they hate their life. This place is terrible I keep falling for the same joke .

You could tell the girl didn't want to be there. I mean, I understand, but at least try to smile, I didn't even think she looked at me. it just handed me the coffees. My dog gets excited when I get to the drive-through, but she didn't acknowledge either one of us, ?♀️lol
I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. After drinking half of my coffee, I noticed roaches crawling on the inside of my cup. It was horrifying to realize I had been drinking from that cup. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of this location. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to stay away. This kind of negligence is dangerous and appalling
