Stopped there 3 times this week and ordered same thing, sausage egg and cheese crescent. Got it wrong every time, always comes out with bacon, even after I ask if they put sausage in it.

I’ve been coming to this dunkin for a few months now and have never had a single complaint. The Employees are always so sweet and go above and beyond for their customers until recently. I came by to get a refresher and I asked if I could substitute oat milk with whole milk since i’m allergic and the employee with pink hair and a lot of piercings refused to substitute it with whole milk. I’ve never had this issue before and I am very disappointed with the customer service with that employee.

The eggs and food in general seems to be going down hill. The eggs taste different now for some reason. Coffee wasn't made right but it was still pretty good.

Stopped at the drive-thru order a hot tea. I order hot tea at every Dunkin I go to because I prefer that over coffee; however, this Dunkin is apparently the only Dunkin in the United States that does not serve hot tea. A second drive-through person stepped in when I asked why are they the only Dunkin that don't have hit tea, of which he replied we only have cold tea sir. It takes a special kind of stupid to not understand how hot tea is made in the same way. You put hot water in a cup, you put in whatever additives that are asked for in this case a couple of sugars, and you throw a tea bag in the cup and hand it over. And just like that you have hot tea. Needless to say I went a quarter mile down the road to Starbucks, and bought something there even though I don't like Starbucks. Gold star for you Dunkin employees.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. They haven't been ordering ingredients for their food and we're out of anything. Serviced sucked and the employees clearly didn't know what they were doing, with constantly bringing out freezer food to ask us if that's what we ordered when we have no clue.
