We sat next to one of the half walls I. The middle - the edges were super dirty and the restaurant gave a dirty vibe.

I haven’t had Fatback’s since it opened so I stopped by today on a whim. I had the pepper jelly pulled pork sandwich with a side of potato’s and onions and it was enjoyable. Well cooked - I think it was a little dry, but nothing some sauce couldn’t fix. Besides that, it was an enjoyable lunch that I forgot how much I liked!
Went to Fatbacks yesterday which was June 8th and I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience but it was anything but. We spent $65 on possibly the worst meals we have ever had. The baked beans were basically pork and beans that were boiled to death with a little bit of ketchup. In my opinion the ribs have never seen a grill they had no crispy crust on them whatsoever no seasoning. My son was not even asked what size order he wanted so of course they brought him the $24 plate. The tea was weak as water. My barbecue chicken sandwich had no seasoning to it it was dry as a bone no sauce and the sauce they brought me tasted like ketchup with hot sauce.. and it was brought in a little cup that was the only option of barbecue sauce. My other son got a BluBurger which he ordered medium rare needless to say came back completely well done with no type of condiments. The people across the aisle from us said they found hair in their macaroni and cheese. Needless to say that ended the meal for me. And don't even get me started about the service we're just going to leave this review as enough said.

A weekly staple and IMHO the best place for wings. The service is fast and usually friendly and it has a welcoming atmosphere.
My wife & I just absolutely love this restaurant. They serve some of the best food in Dothan. If you want great pork or hamburgers, then this is definitely the place for you

The cheese curds are great!Unfortunately the brisket was 75% fat and had no flavor other than grease. The pulled pork was dry and flavorless. Baked beans were Bushe's, the onion ring sad and coldThe shrimp tacos were good.Doesn't say much when the two BBQ items were the worst items on the table. Service isn't good either .

When there a few days back and the only good things my family of three got there was the cheese curds, corn nuggets, and my shrimp tacos. The brisket was fatty and oily like dripping oil. The onion rings were cold when we got them. The pulled pork was dry and the baked beans tasted like they came from the can.We only saw our server; who was an older woman, three times and only one of us got a refill. I will not be returning.

The burgers are just meat. No flavor whatsoever. I have never eaten a burger that had no flavor, it wasn't just mine but my husband's also. Couldn't even finish it, was horrible. Cheese curds were good though but ranch was like water. Wont be going back.

I'm used to my Texas barbecue but I thought I would give their brisket a shot. It was sliced paper thin and still very tough. Like seriously lunch meat thin. Brisket should be 1/4" thick and easily pulled apart. It needed several more hours of smoke time. The waitress was nice and the place looked fine but the bbq was average at
