Went to firehouse subs to get lunch for my kids birthday. They took my order and said they would call my name. During the 35 minute wait for one sandwich and one salad there were numerous things I noticed. 1 all kids working even the shift leader. 2 kids hanging out vaping inside. 3 every table and every inch of the floor was covered with trash. Had to take the salad with no ranch due to them being out and get a refund on my sandwich because they apparently forgot to drop it. So in turn I'd say 0 stars bit the salad was fresh so I'll give them that.

The Teens working at this place make lame jokes in front of the customers and my order took more than 20 minutes which would normally take not more than 10mins at the other firehouse subs locations.

I always order through the firehouse subs app, I don't have to wait in line, I just go to the rapid rescue pickup and get my food. It's so awesome and simple. I would recommend firehouse subs to anyone because they give back to the local fireman in the local area. Go by and visit them today.

Great flavorful subs. The service was prompt and I got a great smile with my sub. Pretty quick on sub build, and they're great.
we come to this location often, and unfortunately i would have to say this is the worst experience we’ve had so far.considering i also work in the food industry, im usually very patient and understanding. when we walked in there were no other customers in the restaurant and there were maybe 5 employees behind the counter. we ordered 2 large combos and our total was $41 all together. we stood and waited for about 15 minutes after placing the order, which at that point they had gotten maybe 2 or 3 more customers walk in. the kids behind the counter kept whispering and giggling which i think is very disrespectful in front of customers. on top of all that, i ordered a steak and cheese with no mushrooms but only got meat and cheese.( i still wanted my onions and peppers) i just think after the money and time we spent, they could have atleast gotten our order correct.
