I loved this Firehouse Subs. Always got good service. But I ended up with terrible food poisoning the day of Thanksgiving after ordering for dinner the night before. I did not get to eat, cook, or enjoy anything for my Thanksgiving due to being so ill and stuck in bed.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a firehouse the manager is even nasty I would like for the owner to know this me and my family eat here at least twice a week until today will not come here again the rudest I’ve ever seen!

The team was very persistent and working pretty fast. It didn’t take nearly as long it usually is. The only thing I think isn’t great personally was how crumbly the brownie was. It was a little dry on the inside and outside of the brownie. Don’t get me wrong, it was delicious. I just ended up not getting the whole brownie bc half of it ended up on my carpet in little bits and pieces.
Love this location! Not only am I big fan of a big delicious sandwich, but also the crew here is TOP NOTCH - THE BEST - seriously EXCELLENT!!! They go out of their way to make you a regular quickly, and treat you like a regular consistently. So unexpected in a chain and in a service-industry saturated area, and so very appreciated—thank you!!!!
