Didn’t know how to do a gift card, wouldn’t speak directly to me and spoke to my husband instead saying “does she want anything” as I was looking and speaking right to her. and we were both confused because I literally just told her my order but apparently she “didnt know I was talking to her” because I was looking at the menu when I told her my order. I don’t know what logic that was but okay…

Usually have awesome food and fast service; however, the last visit, the burgers didn’t taste fresh and the guy frying the french fries had fries already in a cup to go while finishing up frying a new batch! I watched as he placed the cold fries in my bag then tossed the hot fries on top! Altogether, the food was cold, especially the fries and the burgers seemed liked they had been cooked for a while! This food is way too expensive to not be satisfied!Will probably be a long period before I return and at this point, I do not want to go back and pay over 60.00 for less than satisfactory food!

The food was good. I had the little burger, add bacon and cheese. The cheese hadn't melted all the way because I ate there. I'm just not a fan of cheese on burgers because of that.

Meh...too expensive for a mediocre hamburger. The fries are awesome.I like lots of ketchup so I use the peanut bowl for easier dipping!

Waiting almost an hour for 1 burger that I ordered ahead to hopefully get in a timely manner
My husband ended up getting take out from this place, we waited about 35-40 minutes to be able to get it. I will say that I was disappointed with how the food came and looked. The bag itself was incredibly greedy because they filled the bag full of fries and the burgers were disgustingly soggy and were falling apart....

Went in there tonight and got some of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The guys cooking there tonight know how to make burgers. Everyone that works there should follow there lead,wow what a difference. Cashier was on point also,fast and efficient.
