Folklore Brewing & Meadery Reviews
Had a friend down from Huntsville! decided we would go to Octoberfest and so glad we did. I also had a couple of local friends meet us there. Food was great (bratwurst sandwich and the best ever home fries). we had a great time. Love that it's dog friendly.
We were passing through in our RV on our way to Red Bay and stopped here for a beer. What a delightful, unexpected experience. The property owners, Uncle Kenny and his wife, met us in the parking lot on their golf cart. We had great conversation with them and the beer was great! Folklore Brewing & Meadery is an exceptional establishment that has grown tremendously since 2019. Offering fantastic beers and delectable liquors/meads, the restaurant provides great food at reasonable prices. It boasts a family-friendly atmosphere, with a fenced-in playground for children to enjoy. Whether it's a date night or a full-fledged adventure, Folklore Brewing & Meadery promises an enjoyable experience for all. The setting and service are highly praised, and the Midlife Crisis beer is a local favorite. Additionally, the restaurant hosts a Woodstock Festival on the weekend of August 17th, making it a must-visit destination.
The staff at Folklore Brewing & Meadery are fantastic, and the beer is absolutely incredible, with many types and varieties. They offer a seltzer called "grape pop" that tastes like Fanta and can get customers in serious trouble. On weekdays, the bar food is okay but not great, but the full kitchen opens on weekends with a great menu. The restaurant also does a good keg business, and many locals drop by for a glass. Folklore Brewing & Meadery is super dog-friendly, and customers are sure to have a great time.
