I went through the drive thru and there were several people in front of me however, it did not take long for me to receive my food. The food was hot and my order was accurate. The young lady that brought my food to me was pleasant.

As always the food is delicious, but the service is awful. We waited in line for 20 minutes and by the time we got to the window they gave us our drinks and then 3 different girls asked us what our order was. There were at least 4 girls in there in the drive through window area all talking, laughing, and playing around, which is totally fine with me as long as you stay on top of your job. They weren’t rude when they spoke whatsoever, but we waited way too long and had to continually remind them what we ordered and they all seemed more preoccupied with each other rather than doing their jobs. Also, kinda grossed out that no one is wearing hair nets when they all had long hair. Probably won’t be coming back to this one because it always takes forever.

Asked for light sauce on my chicken, but they soaked them in sauce...sent them back and then the fries were cold on all of our plates, had to send back again..bread was even cold..we come here sometimes twice a week..I an usually very happy, but even last 2 times I've come through the to go window, and even though I ask for light sauce, I get home and they are soaked in sauce..very disappointed today and last couple times I've come.

Screwed up my order. Called up there. Manager said they'd write my name down. Came back 2 days later. No note and they wouldn't give me the two chicken fingers they left off my last meal. This came directly from the OWNER'S mouth. I won't be visiting ANY of their locations again. What a horrible way to run a business. Grow up. No one is trying to scam you out of two chicken fingers.

We walked in for take out. The store is modern and clean. The people are friendly. The chicken was great. Tender, juicy, great texture. Breading was very good. Fries are a cool cut and taste great. The chicken salad was huge and the ingredients were fresh. We will eat here again.

Was in line about to order food for me and my kids one of which has auditory sensory sensitivity due to her autism and a manager was in the back of the kitchen in front of the swinging door screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs at her employees. This went on for roughly 5 minutes until we had to leave the establishment because my child was showing signs of having a meltdown due to all the yelling. We will not be returning to a place with an atmosphere as such.

Updated review: my fries tonight were super overcooked and dry I also got zero special sauce with my 5 piece tender meal.
Updated review. The assistant manager is really rude and walked away as i was asking a question. These locations need costumer service help and improvement.
Now back to the original review from a while back ago.Food is always fresh and hot but little plastic small cups of special sauce is 25 cents each. And they aren't even filled up all the way to the top:( and their special sauce is the best sauce in the world. I just wish they'd either get bigger cups for the special sauce or lower the prices on the cups. They do have a styrofoam container under 2$ they put the sauce in. Anyway I love the food and the sauce . So awesome! Such good food.

Consistently y'all don't get it right. Ordered sweet potato fries with my combo didnt get it. Par for the course. There's a different person at the window than who took the order and she's asking me what I ordered. I can either do business some where else or pull everything out of the bag while I'm sitting at the window to make sure it's right.
