Ordered food to dine in with Michelle at 1:27 PM on Friday the 23rd. At 1:47 PM, I checked on my order since I hadn’t received anything. I was told it had been sitting on the counter as a to-go order. The manager said it would be remade, but at 1:53 PM I received the food in a to-go box and it was cold. It appeared I was given the same food that had been sitting out.

This used to be one of my family’s go to places. Service was always great and food was always fresh. Unfortunately, this location is not what it once was. Our last few visits have been extremely disappointing. Food has been subpar at best. Not on our list anymore.

Please clean the restaurant and bathroom. All the booths were dirty except one. The bathroom was filthy, strong smell of urine and stall was dirty. The baskets were dirty and haven’t been washed. Idk what’s going on at this location, but it definitely needs some cleaning.

I was the only car at the drive through (speaker and drive through) when I went the day after Christmas. I was handed my drinks and there was tea all over the sides of the beverage. After waiting 20 minutes on my food for 2 hamburger meals. The bag had both meals turned on their sides. When I got home I noticed that my food had spilled out into the bag. Will not go back for a long long time.

Always enjoy this food. The little bit of fries that come in the compartments is enough to fill just one side up. Please add more fries.

50 of the gold rush nuggets have been my family's new favorite. Quality food. Charging too much for their special sauces though. This is our updated meal!!

Absolutely ridiculous drive through wait time. My wife was asked to pull forward after waiting at the window and when she did we watched 20 min go by at least 6 cars behind leave before she had to go in to get it herself and its still wasn't ready, and we barely received as much as an apology.
Not impressed my first time eating here. Server “Hayden C” asked if I wanted my Golden Burger “all the way”, I asked her if it came with anything other than what the menu stated. She said she didn’t know, so I confirmed what the menu said and minus the pickle. She did not following specific ordering instructions. Those instructions were 1-to have fries in a to go box so they would not be on the same plate and 2- honey mustard as a sauce for the second order. I asked her about both after receiving our order. She said she forgot to tell the cook about the fries and mixed up the sauces.
She was clearly not trained on the products and does not possess the customer service skills Goldfingers boasts about.
I’m guessing a drink doesn’t come with a Super Sampler meal. The food was decent but everything else would make me not go there again to spend $27 for that kind of service.

pretty solid place for food with good pricing in this economy, slightly small wings in my opinion but the burger was really good with great flavor and texture. service was average like a fast food restaurant

Passed through the hwy 84 restaurant for dinner after a hard day's work. Spent $60 for wings for the crew. ASKED SPECIFICALLY!!!! that the WINGS BE COOKED WELL (crispy). Needless to say the wings were white and BASICALLY NOT FULLY DONE AS I ORDER3D. I phoned to let the store know.... To their credit they said bring them back problem is I was staying in a hotel in Donalsonville GA. Roughly 30 or so miles away. Frank (The owner) said they got that way on the ride home. I could understand them not being crispy. However to say it happened in the box is a travesty and unacceptable. I asked to speak with the Manager/Owner and of course he was busy. So I did the next best thing. Left them this lil thank you we won't be spending money there anymore note. ...

Food was good but the bowls/plates they serve the food on were extremely nasty and greasy. They had build up of old grease caked on the sides and were very slippery. Wash your serving plates please....
