My grilled chicken tenders were gray. Not appetizing looking at them. They were done i looked and the taste was good, but will never eat gray chicken again.

Always get the 12 PC wing meal, but this trip was my last until they can get their **** together. Fries were half cooked and MY GOD at the grease in the plate. Drain your food a little better and you might get better reviews. Staff was so so as they were standing around talking with 7-8 cars in the drive thru.

Went here for lunch today and got the 2 tender combo. One of my tenders were raw!!! Extremely disappointed today since I really enjoy their food. Won’t be going back for a looong time..

I drove there and spent 30 + dollars in dine in carry out and sent me home ?. keep in mind I live 1.3miles from there when I got home my fries were so soggy broke the container they were in wtf
The manager or whoever she was hollering at the employees so I got my food and walked out the door. No need to do that while people are trying to eat. Won't be going back to this location ever again.

There is absolutely zero reason for the assistant manager to be cussing out and screaching at actual children due to an order being mishandled. The way that this manager degraded these children while they were on the clock is absolutely uncalled for. This behavior is appalling, petulant, and should not be tolerated. This is NOT management behavior. I'm am deeply ashamed in what you would call your "Great Management".

I never leave reviews but this is literally the worst restaurant in Dothan . None of the employees care about anything . I always wait so long . I just waited 23 minutes for 1 meal . And I didn’t get any of the right sauces when you literally pay extra for them it would be nice if it’s right . So frustrating no one even says sorry for the wait or cares ? and it’s almost every time .

I decided to dine in this gold fingers and I was pleasantly surprised! Not only was the food good the service was better. The manager at the time (Mrs.Nicole) was very friendly and made me feel welcomed in the restaurant. I will be returning for another great meal soon ?.
My husband just bought 2 orders of chicken lemon paper wings. As soon as we finished eating them, he was throwing up badly, and I was gagging and had bad stomach pain. We still don't feel well. I don't know what those wings were, but we sure got sick eating them.
