Horrible experience. The cashier was so rude. It was ridiculous the horrible customer service that was accepted by the manager on duty. The food was not good the chicken was not cooked long enough. It was rubbery. Asked for well done crispy wings and they were not.The fries and toast were both cold. Worst experience ever. Customer service is just not a priority anymore.

We were passing through traveling from Disneyworld. We stopped here for dinner and weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was Christian based, clean, and family friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Everyone I our party enjoyed their meals. We'll definitely stop by again when we pass through Dothan.

Just went to GF's @ Cottonwood plaza The place was filled with cheer squad.I placed my order. The ticket said 10 minutes. Well after 20 minutes of being patient I checked on my order lady said 10 more minutes. Ok 55 minutes and no food. I went to the counter and told the lady I had watched person after person that ordered at least 20 minutes and more after I did. I told her I understood the place was packed but come on 55 minutes later I want my food or a refund and she came off like she really didn't want to. Don't know that I'll be going back

I have encountered several unfortunate incidents at this location. Once there was hair in the food, several occasions the order was prepared incorrectly. Each incident, I was more than pleasant when relaying the issue(s). After an incident that happened last week, I decided to post a review:

NEGATIVE: Food quality, Other, Service, Wait time
Comment: Horrible interaction with one specific staff member. Order was wrong in 3 to 4 ways. After addressing said issue(s), I received unprofessional tension and attitude. I was being told to do a task that was unbecoming. When I tried to make adjustments so that the order wasn't 100 percent wrong, one female staff that the majority of my communication was with, was very rude. Although I felt disturbed, I did not give the reaction she sought for. If she was looking for a reason to be upset so she could exit her shift early, it was not going to be on my account.

There is consistently an excuse for previous orders being incorrect. If it were my fault, I accept the order regardless (without attitude). If I'm not at fault, why should I wait an additional 30 - 40 minutes, when I've already waited approximately 45 minutes past the pick up time. Unexceptable. The next incident, I doubt I'll reserve the patience and kindness the I have displayed previously.

They have a great salad I like the chicken I like their salads the bathrooms are clean clean place everything I see was clean at cottonwood corners in Dothan Alabama very good food you'll have a blessed day

Last 3 visits were terrible. 1st order was wrong but didn't know it until l got home. 2nd order they called my name but gave me someone else's food. 3rd visit took over 20 minutes (I had to remind them twice that I was waiting)! Stay away from cottonwood corners location unless you got time to kill. Service is not what it used to be. Or just wait until slim chickens opens up right in front of them and go there. The only good thing about all this is i got to show my son how a business can lose customer loyalty.​

Placed my order online so when I arrived it would be ready. Get to the drive through at the time my order would be ready and was left sitting at the window for 10 minutes with no explanation. Lady at the window walked up looking confused on why I was still sitting there waiting for the food I ordered. I was told that even if you place your order online they don’t begin making your food until you let them know you’re there. I ended up waiting 40 mins for my food from the time I placed the order to the time I spent waiting in the line ( not to
mention they were not busy) Poor customer service all the way around. Never had this issue with other locations.

Get some employees that can actually listen in the drive thru…I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 5 times to get you to understand to hear me when I know I’m speaking loud enough…

My grilled chicken tenders were gray. Not appetizing looking at them. They were done i looked and the taste was good, but will never eat gray chicken again.

Always get the 12 PC wing meal, but this trip was my last until they can get their **** together. Fries were half cooked and MY GOD at the grease in the plate. Drain your food a little better and you might get better reviews. Staff was so so as they were standing around talking with 7-8 cars in the drive thru.

Went here for lunch today and got the 2 tender combo. One of my tenders were raw!!! Extremely disappointed today since I really enjoy their food. Won’t be going back for a looong time..

Tried to purchase an online Order with the restaurant like I do all the time. When I got ready to complete my order the website told me that the order failed to go through but at the same time I received a message from my bank stating that the money was taken from my account. I then drove to the restaurant in an attempt to speak with the manager on duty. Once I arrived I spoke with a manger that told me it was nothing she could do I needed to contact my bank. So I did that had the money put back in my account. How about the next day I’m at work, they take the money back from my damn account. That’s called stealing this is absolutely absurd. At no time has anyone tried to reach out to me about the situation or anything(3days later). I litterally let them take screenshots of the receipt on my bank statement. I will Never I repeat Never purchase anything from this establishment. I’m also Gonna do everything In my power to get my money back.

Tonight, we went to Goldfingers on Ross Clark Circle. Out of 5 orders, they got 2 wrong. My husband ordered 12 boneless chicken nuggets with celery. He receives 10 nuggets with fries and no toast. My granddaughter ordered 8 nuggets with fries and received 10 nuggets and fries. My fries were cold, so I asked for some hot fries. They tried to argue with my husband on what he ordered and wanted my granddaughter to give 2 nuggets to my husband. It was a hot mess, so I asked to speak to the manager. I'm not sure what she did or did not do but agreed it should not have been handled the way it was. We will NOT be back at this Goldfingers. I guess a warning sign should have been when we went to order a lady who was arguing with the cashier, threw her receipt at her, and walked off.
