Saw a special advertisement for $9.99 , so I went there for the first time . Had honey bar b q wings ( small wings ) the fries were limp and room temperature and the toast was simply a piece of bread that was toasted for about 2 seconds . The honey bar b q sauce was very good . The place was packed with people and the drive thru way backed up . Maybe if the place had not been so busy ( noon on Monday ) the fries and toast ( may ) have been better . If , I had paid full price I for sure would have expected better . Will try it again later when it is not so busy , if it's not better that will be the last time . Almost forgot to say the staff was friendly and polite .

I love this place this is A wonderful and clean place. But what I don't like is. If you order a Super salad they only give you one Or two rench for your salad thats barely Enough to even get your salad wet.

My husband and I ordered 12 piece wings he order 12 hot with fries I order 12 have Teriyaki and half naked.when we got home he only had 9 wings and they was naked with no sauce.. my order was ok. I called and the lady asked where we lived I told her on the other side of geneva county. About 25 min drive one way. She wanted me to drive all the way back and bring the wings back. This is a 9 pm at night leaving my house .. this is rebellious. We did not get what we ordered. Poor costumer service. And my husband didn't get what he wanted this is sad that you don't have better costumer service. You're people messed order up and expect costumer to go out thier way to fix what u messed up! I asked to speak to manger or owner and no call back..

Bad service. They messed up my order and I called and the manager wanted me to bring the food back with the receipt after I told her that I live on the other side of town. Never again will I go back to this place to spend my money!!!!!

I placed an online order for 12 wings with mozzarella sticks, half lemon pepper 1/2 hot & another 12 wings with fries 1/2 sweet Chilli 1/2 BBQ with fries. I then drove 12 minutes to the restaurant and back to work on a 30 minute break. Upon getting back to work I had a perfect order of sweet Chilli and BBQ but another order of 12 hot/lemon pepper sprinkled wings. How did they fulfill one order correctly and the other wrong, weird. My coworkers started working on the wings when they realized the order was wrong. 4 of the 12 lemon pepper/ hot wings were eaten and 1 mozzarella stick. I called goldfingers and spoke to their manager to let them know my order was wrong. She proceeded to tell me "honey, that's the way you ordered it" to which I replied I ordered two separate meals 1 was right and 1 was wrong clearly this is a mistake with the restaurant and an honest mistake at that, I'm not irrational. So she tells me to bring the plate back and they will remake it. Now clearly I'm irritated because I don't have time to comeback immediately so I have to wait til I get off work and basically be hungry. I arrive at goldfingers 4 hours later with the food. The manager tries to tell me we are only going to remake the number of wings in the box to which I say I drove all the way back here to fulfill a mistake your restaurant made the least you could do is just fulfill the order. Now in my experience good customer service would be gifting me the mistake and having me comeback to have it replaced properly but she said this was company policy. After some back and forth she comes back and says they will remake that 1/2 of the order. So now I'm waiting on my MOBILE ORDER in the restaurant leaving this review. The food is good, the environment is decent but customer service, in this regard, is lacking. Do better Goldfingers, I will not be returning.

I have been a patron of this location for as long it's been in this center at Cottonwood Corners. My family and I eat at least once a week here, until this past weekend. I placed my order online around 6:20 and scheduled to be ready for pick up at 7:00. I pull up at 7:02 and tell the cashier I am there, she then yells to the back and looks and me and said they're starting on your order now. So I wait about 15 minutes for my order, even though I scheduled it for 7:00. When she is bagging it she opens each plate and looks at the receipt and lets me know my order is ready. I get home, which is a 15 minute drive from Goldfingers, and 2 of my 4 plates are wrong. I call back to the restaurant and speak with Sandra. I explained what happened and she told me I need to bring the plates back in and they would make them right. I then explained to her that I live 15 minutes away and I would not be driving back for them to fix what they messed up in the first place, that when we come in over the next few days they could just give it to us then. She then informed me that I would have to bring the plates back or they couldn't do anything. I called back the following Monday and spoke with the GM Tiffany. She was very professional and polite but she said she would have to speak to the owner because they don't do anything unless they have the food. So after a couple of days I hadn't heard from her so I called her back and she said unfortunately the owner said they would only give a .82 refund because of the sauce that was left off. At this point I ask her for the owner's name/email so I could personally speak with them and she said we are not allowed to give that information out. Long story short, we will no longer visit Goldfingers. I work hard for my money, and have spent a lot of money here for the customer service to be as such. I'm sure it will not make a difference to the chain, but if 1 person reads this and keeps them from spending money there then it was worth writing this review.

Clearly this store can careless about their errors, and are only in the receiving end with no giveback for mistakes. If you go this location double check your order, waste your time, or take a loss.
