I went in to get a cookie cake slice. I went to the car and tried it to find it crunchy and slightly stale. When I went back to ask if I can swap Mrs Kathy was so kind and swapped it for me! Not just mine but my fiancé’s also. Great service!!!

My sister and I were walking past the shop. Katie was decorating a big cookie but I guess she noticed us out of the corner of her eye and she looked up and said hi. My sister was so impressed that she said that she wanted to buy a cookie just because (the worker before we knew her name) acknowledged us. I had to let Katie know why she made the sale. Also, we appreciate her wearing gloves and a mask.
