Called to order food, phone went straight to VM & it wasn't setup. So husband went in & ordered to go. Mexican Chicken Fingers & Burrito came to almost $30.00 no drinks or anything just the food. Got home, the chicken fingers were fried so hard you couldn't even bite into them, there was very little cheese on them, the refried beans tasted burnt. I literally was able to eat only the rice. The salsa for chips tasted like a bunch of crushed tomatoes with no flavor. Tried calling again but still got voicemail thats not setup. I've never had this issue with them before & we eat there alot, but spending that kind of money on horrible food & not being able to reach them is unacceptable.

BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE!! I’ll never come back! There was mold in our food and drinks and the manager and bartender could care less! They even still tried charging us for the drinks. This was after checking product and finding more on others. Please for your own health and safety please stay away from this restaurant!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I found MOLD in my food and drinks!!!! Management could not care less. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Then they charge us for the drinks after seeing the mold!!!

Waited on the phone for over 15 minutes total between 3 separate phone calls to place a to go order and was always immediately placed on hold without a chance to order. Went to another restaurant down the road who wanted my business.

I work at southeast health(pulmonary department) we ordered here frequently. 9 respiratory therapists ordered today only 8 of us received our food. We called to let them know what was left out (beef chalupa) they proceed to argue with us saying it was not left out of the bag as we are looking in said bag that doesn’t have the chalupa. They refuse to remake a chalupa and proceed to call us LIARS. The folks who take care of your family members and friends at your local hospital are LIARS???? Over a $3 chalupa?????? Completely rude and the worst customer service I’ve ever had. And I have worked as a waitress myself. We spent $120 on food and didn’t receive it all. WE WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN. You have lost our weekend business. Hope the $3 was worth it.
Wish I could give less than a one star! Ordered a beef burrito supreme… Beef is not beef here… it is some kind of meat mixture that doesn’t even look like beef and is not good at all, asked the manager if I could just have a “Beef burrito” and he brings me again “dog food” told him I was sorry and I can’t eat this and he says well you will have to pay for it anyway! Really? I have to pay for the crap you put on a plate smothered with cheese! That was so rude, felt bad for the waitress who said she just started… not her fault at all but if you want beef, don’t go here-it’s not beef!

My wife & I had a festive & positive lunch experience. The service was prompt & friendly. The chorizo was very good. The price was good too. We’ve only been once but we’d try it again.
