Hardees is a little proud of their food as it reflects in their prices. They seem a little more pricey than others with not a whole lot of deals. The atmosphere was very family friendly, the food was very fresh, the staff were friendly and seemed like they enjoyed being there. I still recommend them over the golden arches. Wish they'd bring back their fried chicken. They could probably do a little better with discounts and better rewards in their app. But overall, barring the elevated prices, you cant go wrong here. Very clean, and the interactions with the staff made me want to go back.

Never had issues at this location but this morning was horrible, can't order the 2 for 5 same as you can on the app, so I ordered on the app, drove back around was told I had to come in, even though I checked drive thru, I assume, the manager proceeded to tell me that the order just came through and I had to come in regardless, I have kids in the car that I'm not unloading to come in, so i drive around again, park and go in, check my order, evidently I checked the sausage biscuit not biscuits and gravy, asked to swap it out since it never left the counter and the manager screamed at me that she wasn't giving me something for free that I didn't pay for, 1st off I NEVER asked for anything free, and it costs nothing to be a nice person, but that was too steep price for the staff today. Normally a pleasant experience but I would avoid it today

We visited Hardee’s on Ross Clark circle in Dothan Al. After a very challenging morning our visit to Hardee’s was wonderful and surprising, because they had a full staff that was pleasant and efficient. I hope the management recognizes the quality staff they have here in Dothan and pay them accordingly, because our visit was on Christmas Day approximately 9am in the morning.
