Food is always good, however they forgot 2 of our biscuits. Then the lady tells me to come back with a receipt after her worker never gave us a receipt lol. Besides that this is the best Hardees in Dothan taste wise.

This Hardee’s absolutely deserves a shout-out. The staff was great — friendly, fast, and actually seemed to care. The food was fresh, hot, and made right. I’ve never left a review for a fast-food chain before, but this team earned it. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best Hardee’s experiences I’ve ever had.
The bathroom was filthy and the dining room floor was slippery. Health department rating was 92.

If I could give no star I would. Never in my life have I been to a place so rude!! I was in the middle of ordering the rude lady working the window said $9 and some change and I was still at the window trying to finish. She did t say anything else even after I said hello I’m not done!! No wonder Hardee’s is dead. Get new workers who actually have customer service skills.

Compared to others that I have too this was less impressive. The fries were even dark and they were fresh from the grease. The grease had to be old. The burger was sloppy and the wrapper was bald up but, like stated compared to others (HARDEE'S). This was disappointing
