I am very disappointed. At 7:30 am this morning a customer got the attention of the biscuit cooker. This customer was in line behind me. The biscuit cooker came out and he and the customer had a conversation. The customer told them biscuit cooker what he wanted him to make. The cashier took my order and the customer behind me (the one who ordered from the biscuit cooker) stepped out of line and a couple minutes later the biscuit cooker came out of the kitchen and received money from the customer the biscuit cooker put the money he received in his pocket and then got a large carry out bag and put the customer order in it. I don’t really care what people do if you want employees that give away your food that is your business I just don’t want to have to pay higher prices.

We went to the drive through and sat for 5 minutes. Pulled up to the window. Honked the horn, knocked on the window, all while a manager stood there. After knocking on the window again, she yelled we are closed. Their hours state until 10. And ignored us all the while we were there.

Just went thru drive thru on way to a meeting and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal. Got down the road and opened sandwich to no meat. Had a 15 dollar BLT instead. Store would not answer phone.
I went to this location twice today and the service was great! The cashier at the window was so kind and had such a wonderful attitude! Keep it up!

No one could stay off their phones when my fiancé & I entered the restaurant. My fiancé is hard of hearing & no one would speak up. It was very unpleasant & rude of the staff to act this way especially since we were the only customers in the lobby
