Hardee's offers a variety of menu items, including their renowned hamburgers and fries. The food was fresh and fantastic, and large orders were perfectly correct. However, there were some issues with service and food quality. Customers experienced a rude staff member in the drive-thru who couldn't take an order properly and was unhelpful about a hash brown. Another customer was not greeted in the mobile ordering area, and staff made little eye contact. There was also a woman in the kitchen who was complaining loudly. Some experienced overcooked chicken tenders, and waited a long time for food. Despite these inconsistencies, Hardee's remains a go-to destination for breakfast and lunch.
