Hardee's Reviews
Employees are rude as hell and none of them even know how to smile. Been to this one a handful of times and never seems to get better. Hardee's offers a variety of menu items, including their renowned hamburgers and fries. The food is often fresh and fantastic, with large orders typically being correct. However, there have been some issues with service and food quality. Some customers have reported a rude staff member in the drive-thru who struggled to take orders properly and was unhelpful about a hash brown. Others mentioned not being greeted in the mobile ordering area, with staff making little eye contact. There have also been complaints about loud kitchen staff and overcooked chicken tenders, with some customers waiting a long time for their food. Despite these inconsistencies, Hardee's remains a popular destination for breakfast and lunch. Recently, a customer expressed disappointment about missing items, such as whipped cream for shakes, while another praised the hot and fresh fries and cheeseburger with precise order fulfillment. While Hardee's is proud of their food, some customers feel that the prices are too high for fast food.
