I just ordered a steak biscuit and hash brown combo there's no way the biscuit was cooked today is the leftover biscuit it was as hard as a hockey puck and the hash browns were so undercooked that they just fell apart it was unedible. When the other girls ran it it was the best Hardee's around. serving day old biscuits is ridiculous

We just got home and checked the food, ordered/paid for a Double Mushroom and Swiss, discovered it was only a single. Asked for NO tomatoes on chicken sandwich, there was two whole slices. Food was still great and service was awesome. I just shouldn't have to check the bag still sitting in drive thru to make sure the order is correct before driving 20min home.

I left a five-star review a few weeks ago . Went back here this morning, and it's a total difference. I spent almost 40 on breakfast, and the girl in the drive thur couldn't even take the order properly in the drive thru . If i spent that money and asked if this large hashbrown i paid 4 dollars for could be fixed, it's only half full . She said it's correct. that's a large that's all that goes it in . Keep in mind she was outside when we pulled up and when we left again and after walking back inside and asking she was rude .

Not the best breakfast I've had from Hardee's I have to say. Ive noticed that there's never any business at this particular Hardee's. Guess haven't had much practice. My door dash order went to that Hardee's. Instead of the one nearest me which I usually go to.

Went to Hardee's today for lunch on my daughters lunch break huge mistake. The service was absolutely horrible our food was cold and we waited over 30 minutes to get our order.

First off, l love Hardee's. I've been eating at their restaurants since I was a kid in the 70's. I want to start with the positives. The food was fresh and fantastic. I placed a large order for my work and the order was perfectly correct down to the special orders. No complaints on the food or order accuracy.
I went to the mobile ordering area when I arrived and I wasn't greeted (no one was greeted). Okay, you're busy, I get it. Other patrons waited at the counter for a long time before they could place their orders. None of the staff made eye contact with anyone, except the girl taking orders at the register, but only when she was taking orders at the register would she look at someone. After an order was placed the girl would run around and fill that order before she came back to take the next order. Seemed a little inefficient, but I assume there was a reason it was done that way.
I had waited for maybe 8 - 10 minutes (my large mobile order was supposed to be ready at 9:00) and the young lady at the register finally looked at me and asked about my order. When I told her I had a large mobile order and told her my name, she stated "Oh, that is in the back". She then brought up my order right away. If anyone had asked my name or what I was picking up when I arrived, I would have been in and out in 2 minutes.
I think the worst problem was there was one woman working in the kitchen who was fussing and complaining about everyone and everything continuously and loudly. Another woman on the opposite side of the kitchen, who appeared to be a manager, wasn't much better. She did try to direct the young girl at the register to take orders quicker, to her credit. A man complained about his bacon not being cooked as crisp as he asked (not a thing at Hardee's - they really don't know what crispy bacon is and never have) and she took the biscuit, wheeled around and threw it in the garbage, went to the kitchen complaining about the crew, and assembled another biscuit and gave it to the man. She never looked him in the face one time.
I hope this was a one off. I know good staffing is hard to find and running a fast food restaurant is no picnic, but just a little eye contact and communication, even "we'll be right with you", would go a long way toward making the experience better.
Parking: The parking lot has plenty of room. Just be careful backing out if you park near the drive thru.

Extremely disappointed ☹️ ordered the chicken tenders and they were so overcooked we couldn't eat them. 28 minutes waiting in the lobby to get two meals to go. Front staff and cook haven some kinda spat back and forth. Crazy experience
