My family would always get take out from here and loved it. The last several times we got food it was not the same. Hibatchi Joe wasnt cooking it those times and the hired cooks just dont make it the same. We are totally turned off from eating there now unless we know he is cooking that day.

I called 4 hours ahead to order a party pack. I let them know what time I needed my food ready, they told me that wasn’t a problem. I arrived at the time that I told them, my food was not yet prepared, they acted like they didn’t even know we had called ahead, they also weren’t sure of our order. They told us it would be a wait on the food. We ended up waiting 20 minutes. They weren’t apologetic whatsoever. The food was overpriced, I paid $130 for food that wasn’t freshly made. People who ordered right in front of us received their food before we did. The server who helped us was named Sindey.

I booked Joe for a bachelorette party for 12 girls in Dothan and we had the best time. He arrived early, set everything up, was ready when we were, and was so polite and organized. The event was so much fun, he cracked everyone up and the food was awesome. We had to reduce the party size by 1 person at the last minute and he was very accommodating and refunded us for the one person. Communication was super easy too. Highly recommend!! Sounds like he travels for parties throughout the southeast.

Customer service was bad I got there went to pay and pick up my food. I didn’t realize they charged me for 2 until I got both to go boxes and told them I didn’t order a second box which they argued and told me that they couldn’t get me a refund for one of the boxes because they don’t know how. I understand people have bad days but staff should know how to process refunds
I visit the restaurant for take out and only have had the kids meal because I don't eat heavy for lunch. They shrimp, chicken, and rice kids combo with yum yum sauce is next level good. Honestly I can eat it everyday. When I mention Hibachi in my house my son come running to find out will I bring him some back. Frankly is it the only meal same as myself that we will eat every bite and the only meal he uses condiments and put it all over . He loves yum yum sauce. My son is a picky eater and not into food at all so to find something he devours was a joy to watch him enjoy. I plan on using Joe for some dinner parties I like his one stop set up and frankly his prices are far for 2-10 people. If you haven't planned a event expenses can get high quickly so Joe set up is great he sets everything up for the party...love your food Joe and appreciate what you bring to Dothan!!!Kid-friendliness: My picky eater never uses condiments and he put gym yum sauce all over his shrimp and chicken and rice kids meal. He eats every drop every time first meal he ever did that with eating out. He actually ask for ours because he finishes his first. It is a joy to see him enjoy his food enjoy every bite. Especially because he really isn't into eatting anything other then pizza.

What a fantastic experience. The food taste wonderful. He was careful with the food and everything was clean. I recommend 100%. Joe was awesome. If you are on the fence then pull the trigger. Get joe to come cook if you can get him.
