Hungry Howie's Pizza

I eat here at least twice a month. Have been for about 10 years. Because I only live 1.8 miles away. The service is usually really good. So is the food. But l have had a few small issues that have kind of added up over the last couple of visits. Last two times l got a Greek Salad there were no Greek Peppers on my salad. That may sound like a small thing. But l really like my Greek Peppers. I expect them on there. If they're out of stock let me know and I'll ask for a couple of slices of Banana Peppers instead.
Last time l got a large Italian Sub there was no Sub Dressing in the box. That can make for a fairly dry and bland sub. So please remember the dressing.
But my biggest problem was the medium pepperoni pizza l got time before last. I asked for garlic flavored crust. I don't know if they forgot and accidentally seasoned it twice. Or if they stumped their toe and spilled the whole jar on my pizza! It was all over the pizza. Not just the crust. It was SO SALTY it was pretty much inedible. I work night shift at the hospital and had carried it to work. So it was like 3am before l realized the problem. I did manage to choke down two pieces because I was starving. But it literally made the roof of my mouth raw it was so salty. I let a co-worker have a piece and he could only handle one bite. He laughed, spit it out and we threw the rest away.
Overall though I usually enjoy Hungry Howie's. It's usually good. Just please watch out for these mistakes. They start to add up over time....

They are like clock work for me every Saturday and Sunday. I get a large ham and cheese sub. Delicious 😋

This was our first visit to this chain. We had pizza and a baked sub. Overall, it was pretty good. I would eat here again. The flavored crust options are cool.

Food is good but the wait is long. People are nice but not much more

Their Calzones are a must try

Will not be coming back to this place! Service is absolutely horrible! Y’all need to get a hold of y’all’s young employees! Having an attitude at work is uncalled for and if you don’t wanna work QUIT PLAN AND SIMPLE!!

This place has great pizza taste and good service and is always hot and good as long as you get there soon after your order comes out of the oven other Wise it can be slightly cooler than it was if you can get there soon as you possibly get your order out of the oven either way the pizza is great even if you have to reheat it even the next two days the pizza is great and tasty as it was the first day of the order I don't know much about anything else on the menu because I have only ordered the pizza and the cookies and they are great but I plan on trying other things on the menu and I will let you know if there's as good as the pizza is for Sure so stay tuned for more reviews

Always love hungry howies

This brings immense happiness to my heart!!!! My favorite pizza destination. I'm overjoyed to have discovered one in Dothan Alabama!!!! It’s been many many years since I've treated myself to Hungry Howie’s. And it did not disappoint!!!Sorry Burger King not today. Super friendly staff and my server Jada Marie was very welcoming and friendly!!!!
