My pizza with no mushrooms was ok. My daughters pizza with mushrooms was falling off the crust and the dough was not cooked enough

We got it to go, but it was sooooo good! Go for the cheese stuffed crust. It’s delicious. Also, order via the app and check out the “secret menu”. Our kiddos were so excited about the rainbow cheese pizza!

I ordered a pizza and coke on the app. 50 minute wait time. Ok, I was willing to wait. An hour and a half after the expected arrival time, I try to call three times. I am left listening to a ring for 5+ minutes each time. I finally decide to go to the store in person. I am told that they don’t do delivery (despite it being an option on the app) and that I (because I put a 1 in front of my phone number) couldn’t be contacted and it was my fault. Ok. I ask for a refund. I am told that it would take up to seven business days to process. No reparations were attempted, nothing was done about my time wasted. I was furious.
We asked for a stuffed crust, but after we came home and noticed it wasn't what we ordered, I called the store. Sortta wasn't interested that a mistake had been made. They were interested in training a new person than the correctness of our order.
